Ever since the war ive been lost. Stuck in my mind replaying memories from the war. People have tried to help me but they cant. I hear Ginny and Harry rush in,
"Hermione! Sirius and Remus they came back their alive!" Harry yells. That got my attention but I couldn't pull out of my mind. it's a trick there's no way they could be back I watched them die, I try to say something to warn them of the possible danger of the situation but all the words come out garbled and mumbled. Ginny looks excited at the prospect of me speaking. She gets that ' I have and idea look on her face' and I suddenly get worried because all of her ideas are eccentric and overdone.
" Ill be right back herms." she exclaims then runs out of the room. I wait with anticipation and worry building inside me for every second she's gone. I hear hurried footsteps up the stairs of grimlaud place not just one set of feet but four. I know two are Harry and Ginny but the other two I have no idea who they could possibly be. I see Ginny skid into the room followed by Harry Remus and lastly Sirius. Seeing them both alive and well is enough to send me out of my spot by the window wand pointed at their throats.
" You have 1 minute to step away from my family and explain what you want before I blow you to pieces." I say deathly calm in my raspy voice that's been unused for months. I hear a gasp and see Ginny faint and Harry catch her, I keep my eyes trained on the supposed to be dead men in front of me.
Remus raises his hands and opens his as if to start speaking. He quickly waves his hand and freezes us in place with a spell that me and the real Remus created together. We never told anyone else the spell.
"Does that prove to you that I'm real?" he says quietly I quietly mouth 'yes' he nods and releases me from the spell. I quickly walk over to Ginny and revive her.
"Hermione!" she yells and sits up making sure im okay and un harmed, then she hits me all while yelling "I cant believe you choose now to speak you prat!" then she pulls me into a strangling Molly weasley hug.
"Cant breath," I gasp out she immediately pulls away looking sheepish. I look at the two men I have loved since third year. I loved Remus and Sirius as my fathers but I started realizing that the love I felt for Sirius wasn't the same as the love I had for Remus.
"Alright you two here's what's going to happen we are going to sit down and you are going to tell us how you came back." I said my voice slightly less raspy than before. They all agreed; Ginny put some tea on and we all sat down in the parlor waiting for Remus and Sirius to start their story.
"It was all dark then I appeared in this office with this woman in an insanely clean white suit confused and disoriented and the next thing I know she tells me I still have a purpose in life and then 'pop' I'm on the steps of Grimlaud place," Sirius tells us all while Remus nods along.
"Yup same thing happened to me," he says a distant look in his hazel eyes. I nod.
"Right well we all best go to bed its been a long night" I say looking at all of them.
