Everything is dark.
It feels sticky down here.
I hear chains;
Chains rustling in the distance.
Rats scurry and screech.
The other prisoners bang on the bars.
The bars that hold them hostage.
Rats eat the crumbs on the rusty trays.
As I am walked to the cell
That will hold me hostage
I stare as far as I could
Into the darkness.
The guards throw me into the cell./p
This is where I'll stay for the rest of my life
There I lay staring into the abyss.
How did this happen to me?
A/N: I wrote this poem when I first stared watching Anime if that's maybe where I got the inspiration from. I have no clue what I was watching so I just put it under FT because that's what I write.
