When Yoruichi teased him by saying she was probably the only girl he'd ever see nude, that's all she was doing - teasing. Though he really had brought it on himself, the innocent brat.
When Yoruichi teased him about his slowly developing crush on Abarai Renji, she did it because he turned the most interesting shade of red and denied it vehemently. Too vehemently. Heh.
When Yoruichi poked fun at him for not knowing How Things Worked between two guys, she did it because he didn't deny it - but he still turned a wonderfully amusing shade of red.
But when Yoruichi walked in on them naked and obviously intimately joined, even if she couldn't see anything, well, then the joke was on her. Because this time, she was the one her turned an impressive shade of red.
Though embarrassed that she'd walked in on him with Renji, Ichigo never let her live it down.
Even though she teased right back about him being uke.
