The Truth
Author's note 1: This is my first fanfic so any criticism is welcome!
Author's note 2: My friends keep telling me that I would make for a great fan fiction writer…after awhile(with the help of my friends begging me to try and someone helping me with the idea you know who you are;) ) I thought I should try it…so here's my (horrible) attempt at a Sea Monkey fanfic
Team SSSN was meeting with Team RWBY and JNPR for a party that Nora is throwing in celebration of Ren and her getting together. When they got there Nora jumped out in front of them with something resembling a greeting."HiThere!IHopeYouKnowWhatThisPartyIsAllAbout!"It was almost too fast to even understand.
"No…Remarkably enough we didn't understand from you yelling about it every two minutes" Scarlet said sarcastically.
"Is that a sarcasm I detect?" Ruby jumped in.
"I think it is, sis!" Yang supported Ruby.
Scarlet started bickering about Ruby being 'annoying'."You are so annoying! Can you NOT 'budge' into EVERY. SINGLE. CONVERSATION. I HAVE?!"
Yang being overprotective of her sister started defending her.
Sun and Neptune just stared at each other trying not to laugh at the escalating argument between Scarlet, Ruby and Yang."Alright… everyone calm down!" Neptune tried to calm them down but to no avail.
Jaune and Phyrra also tried stopping them but again to no avail. The argument quickly turned into a fight between Scarlet and Yang
"So…want to ditch these guys and come to my house until they calm down?" Sun said to Neptune with a smile.
"I guess… I have nothing better to anyway. "
"Cool!" Sun's smile seemed brighter than before. "Let's go then!"
They walk away to Sun's house with Sun smiling all the way
Neptune was drifting off in thought. He Has such a cute smile! Why can't I just say I love him?...I want him to know His thoughts are interrupted by Sun.
"Hey dude! Are you even listening to me?!"
"S-sorry! I was thinking about something!"
"What is that 'something' that is more important that you're ignoring your best friend and leader?"
"Nothing! I was thinking about…"Neptune was trying to think of a good excuse."…YOU!" WHY DID I SAY THAT? I THINK I MADE IT WORSE…OH GOD I FUCKING HATE YOU ME! I realize now that doesn't make sense but yeah I HATE MYSELF that's the point me! Got it? …Why am I even talking to myself?
"Oh? And why were you thinking about me?" Sun smirked and looked at the clearly panicking blue-haired, goggle wearing teammate.
"Ummm…I was thinking about you because…I…"Neptune gasped for air before starting to speak." ImightLikeYouButNotInAFriendlyWayIMeanILikeYouInARomanticWayPleaseDon'tHateMe…"Neptune gasped for air again before continuing."…IHadACrushOnYouSinceTheFirstTimeWeMet…"Neptune gasped yet again"…ButSinceYouHadACrushOnThatBlakeGirlAndIKnewIHadNoChanceButYouGaveUpSoIStartedThinkingNoHOPINGThatIWouldHaveAChanceWithYou…"Neptune slowed down. "So All I'm saying Is I love you…so…please…don't hat-" Neptune was interrupted by a sudden kiss from Sun. Neptune's face was a dark shade of red.
"Why couldn't you told me sooner, dude?" Sun looked at Neptune with a smile.
