A poem about Anna set near-ish the beginning of the first book, before Daniels is introduced when the seventh body is found. Please read and review! I haven't read the book for ages and I'm not too pleased with this... For Abbey because she inspired me to write this x

Small

And shrinking

And s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g

To her limits

(Thinking very carefully)

Concentrating

On the victims

Searching for

Connections,

Patterns

Searching for some sort of

Clue

The things that

Seem to stick out

Are the method

And the victims

But nothing that

Springs (to mind)

Exactly adds up

[It adds down instead]

And this equation

Isn't balanced,

Two and two doesn't make

Five

She can't find an

Answer yet but

Something has to

Be solved and soon

Answer
