I stood deadlocked in front of my bed,
dread swelled in my chest as I stood rigged.
I sighed in defeat as I slipped in,
knowing I needed sleep; I closed my eye's to rest.
Faster then my mind could comprehend,
I was once more ensnared in the nightmare world.
knowing what was to come,
I ran in terror.
It was usless to run from him; I knew,
for he will find me as he always had.
But still I run to get away,
even though it will end in dismay.
Like jering jackels the walls snareld at me,
"He will find you, girly, as he alway's has."
I wanted to scream as I herd him now,
His heavy metal foot falls made me wimper with each thunderus step.
Icey fingers of fear gripped my hart as he came closer,
knowing I was to be undone.
When the light's went out I knew he was hear,
I turnd to look at him in fear.
Towering above me in the choaking darkness,
where the red eye's I've come to fear.
He came closer and closer,
as this was the finle part.
I could feel his clawed hand reaching for me,
I opened my mouth to scream in fright as he was going to end me.
I woke up in the night giveing out a sigh,
knowing I was safe: for now.
But the red eyed terror will come for me agian,
as he always has.
My first poem! XD I'v had this nightmare for years for no clear reason. I think I'm being chased by Megatron O.O Scary. My teacher gave us a poem assignment and this is what turnd out. Hope you liked it! Please review and felll free to flame! Bey! :P
