After being chewed up by Ratigan's cat, Felicia, Fidget, the bat fell into a deep sleep at ease and snored.

Felicia walked over by him and sniffed him.

"Felicia, shoo!" Ratigan scolded in a whisper, "He's trying to sleep and you know how much he hates being watched." However, Fidget was too relaxed to feel a thing.

Felicia walked away, moaning in disappointment without looking back.

Ratigan bent down, rubbing Fidget, who was fast asleep. "Something tells me you had a long and rough night," Ratigan whispered, "Enjoy your nap, Fidget and be ready to lead Basil here. For now, take it easy, let your body and mind settle, and sleep." Ratigan got back on his feet.

Fidget snored and shifted comfortably during his nap. That meant his muscles relaxed and his body was healing within the process from his painful impact he had with Felicia and he was enjoying his soothing slumber before going back out there with enough energy to trick Basil and his partner.

"Basil will be ready," Ratigan muttered to himself, "He'll be ready."
