Lilly. Her name was playing over and over again in Kevin's mind. "What the heck is wrong with me" he mumbled. Just then his brother, Nick came in talking to his girlfriend, who happened to be Lilly's best friend Miley.

"Nick let me see the phone" Kevin said. "What, no" Nick said. "Yes please I need to ask Miley something important" Kevin begged. Nick sighed, said something Kevin didn't hear into the phone, and handed it to Kevin.

"Miles?" Kevin asked. "What Kevin" Miley asked. "I kinda need your adivice about something" Kevin said. "Oh, ok what's up Kevy" Miley said. "I have a crush on this girl and she's about 3 years younger then me" Kevin said.

"Kevin, you know I love you but like a brother, i'm dating Nick" Miley said. "Oh no Miles, it's not you" Kevin said quickly. Miley sighed in relief. "Then who else could it be?" Miley asked, to herself more then to Kevin.

"You know her Miles, really well" Kevin said. "The only girl I know who hangs out with you and is three years younger is, LILLY" Miley yelled. "Yeah" Kevin muttered. "You have a crush on Lilly?" Miley asked.

"Yeah like a major one" Kevin said as his breath caught in his throat. That always seemed to happen to him whenever he talked about her. "Well then my adivce, tell her the truth" Miley said.

"What I can't" Kevin said. "If you don't then you'll never have a chance" Miley said. Kevin sighed. "Thanks Miles, I gotta think" Kevin said. He handed the phone back to Nick. Just then the house phone rang. "Hello?" Kevin said as he answered it.

"Oh hi Kevin is Joe around?" Nikki, Joe's girlfriend asked. "Ummmm yeah but first I need to ask you something" Kevin said. "Ok shoot" Nikki said. "I have a crush on Lilly and I need advice" Kevin said.

"Tell her the truth" Nikki said. "What's with you girls and this whole telling the truth thing" Kevin said. "I'm just guesing, but Miley told you the same thing?" Nikki asked. "Yes she did, JOE" Kevin yelled.

"Here" Kevin mumbled and handed the phone to Joe. Then he went into his bedroom and picked up his cell phone. He hit speed dial and waited while it rang. "Hello?" Lilly's cheery voice came through the phone.

"Lils?" Kevin asked, although he knew it was her. "Hey Kevy, what's up" Lilly asked. "Ummm I've got something I have to tell you, meet me at the beach in about a hour ok?" Kevin said.

"Yep see you then" Lilly said and hung up. "Gotta get ready" Kevin mumbled and ran around his room trying to get ready.

1 Hour Later

Kevin came running onto the beach to find Lilly waiting. "Hey Kevin what was so important" she asked. "Lilly I have a confession to make, the truth is i'm in love with you" Kevin mangaged, even though he was about to puke.

"Y-your what" Lilly stutered out. "In love with you" Kevin repeated. Lilly smiled and hugged him. "I thought, you'd never say it" she said. "Wait what" Kevin asked. "I love you too Kevin, I have for a while" Lilly said.

Kevin smiled and leaned down a little and kissed her. He pulled away when he heard clapping. "Bout time you two" Miley yelled, while she was holding hands with Nick. "Yeah we thought we'd have to do it for ya" Joe yelled.

Nikki laughed. "See Kevin we told you sometimes, the truth is all a girl wantes to hear" she yelled. Miley nodded. "Thanks for the adivice" Kevin said laughing a little. "Yeah thanks" Lilly said.

"Let's go" Kevin whispered. Lilly nodded and they walked off hand and hand.
