"Uzumaki Naruto, you are charged with severely injuring 'The Last Uchiha', Uchiha Sasuke."

Cries of outrage rang throughout the courtroom as a heavily bandaged Naruto stood before the shinobi council of Konoha, headed by Danzo and flanked by Koharu and Homura.

"This is ridiculous! How could you say something like that!" Jiraiya was shocked by the mischievous smirk on Naruto's face.

"We are aware you used the Kyuubi no Yoko, and was unable to stop before you lost control and injured him."

"We are also aware you have used the Kyuubi no Yoko in the C-turned-A rank to Nami no Kuni, but Uchiha Sasuke stopped you."

"Lies. Haku stopped me, not Sasuke." Naruto said calmly.

"Do you have any witnesses?" Danzo queried.

"Yes." Naruto turned to Kakashi and Sakura. "Hatake Kakashi and Sakura Haruno, was it Haku or Sasuke who stopped me from rampaging."

"Haku." They said in unison.

Naruto turned back to the council, smirking. Danzo seethed, but then calmed down.

"There is also a mysterious group who targets the Jinchuuriki and their Bijuu. In order to keep Konoha safe, we must not have the Kyuubi no Yoko present in Konoha." Danzo mentally congratulated himself for coming up with that so fast.

The supporters for Naruto were going to shout in outrage, but Naruto stopped them.

"Can you tell the difference between a scroll and a kunai?"

"Of course." Danzo scoffed.

"If the kunai was sealed in a scroll, would the scroll be considered as a kunai?"

"Of course not!" Homura shouted, insulted, "Get back on topic!" Naruto ignored him and plowed on:

"So what difference does that make me? I am a scroll for the Kyuubi, the kunai."
"That is completely different. Now, you have-"

Naruto sighed, then placed his hand on his stomach, "I really didn't want to do this but if you free me of false claims, and give me my inheritance from the Yondaime Hokage, I won't have to unleash the Kyuubi. After all, I am a scroll that can release the kunai, ne?" An evil glint could be seen in his eyes.

Everyone in the courtroom froze.

"V-very well. I will release you of your charges, but you have no right to claim the inheritance of the Yondaime Hokage."

Naruto inclined his head toward Jiraiya, "Mind telling everyone who my parents were?"

Jiraiya gaped, before shakily responding, "Naruto Uzumaki-Namikaze is the son of Kushina Uzumaki and Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage."

"W-what?! These are false accusations!"

Everyone except Naruto was speechless at the sight that was just presented before them. Naruto just stuck his tongue out at Danzo before walking to the door. He opened it, then turned back, "Oh, and by the way, everyone in Konoha heard that."

The door slammed shut.
