I have been hiding me true identity for about a while now. That is if ye consider me whole life 'a while'. My grandfather's past ruined all our lives. Me family and I were forced to hide from all the people and be isolated. But it's time to change me life. It's time to change me fate.
I tried explaining me purposes to me mother. I tried to tell her that I would only clean me grandfather's name and would not make the same mistakes he did before.
I had no intentions of breaking me mother's heart, but still I pursued me journey. I have to grant me father's wish before he died.
"Lad, the time has come to claim what is rightfully ours. Become he ye were born to be. Fulfill yer destiny."
I left home for almost a year now. I don't have any plans of returning empty handed to me mother. She deserves a lot better than she is having now.
I've studied holes and loops that could get me near the king. Seems that I'm likely to have more chances to be near his daughter that to his highness.
I've heard that the princess is now the one to choose the one whom the lass desires. With me physical gifts, it would be easy to lurr her.
But what honor could I offer the princess?
What name could I give her, that she would lend attention in return?
Now there's the problem.
My grandfather ruined our family's name the day he ruined the kingdom. He ruined it the day he became Mor' du.
