Episode One: Emerald

Hello! My name is Emerald.
Today I will get a dragonfly!
When I walked over to to the compound,I saw the PERFECT dragonfly.
It was bright yellow with green streaks.
But the mean dragon from the neighborhood blocked it.
His name was Brutus.
"Why don't you get that ugly one over there," he sneered.
"The last one has already been taken!" Hahahaha!
I saw a pretty blue one get taken.
All that was left was an ugly grey one with dark green blotches on it.
I sat down and started to cry.
Spyro came over and said,"Why are you crying,Emerald?"
"Be-because all that's left is that ugly one." I sobbed.
"Watch this," Spyro said with a grin.
Spyro whistled,and it woke up and turned pink,then blue,then green,and then rainbow.
"It can change into any color by its mood."
"Wow..."I whispered.
"Thanks." I said.
"No problem!" he answered and winked.
I went home and showed my mom the dragonfly I had named Zap.
"Wow! We never had nice dragonflies,like that-WAIT!" she yelled.
"Is that the legendary Chameleon Dragonfly???"
I just smiled,and fell asleep.
