(A/N) Thanks to everyone who has left me feedback, I am working on a lot of short stories right now. I mostly just have to get them typed up, then I will post. I really didn't think anyone would read any of my stuff when I first started writing! Thanks to all.

The most probable thing about the improbability drive is that something improbable will happen while using it. This is also the most improbable thing that will ever happen while using improbability drive.

The drive click on, there was a low hum. Outside, the ship seemed to jump through space, everyone inside was busy staring open mouthed at Arthur.

At an improbability rate of 19,032,953,499 to 1, Arthur had kissed Ford. Ford flabbered, which is a mysterious sound a person from Betelgeuse makes when he has just been kissed by some one he never thought would kiss him. Since Betelgeusians are known  to be rather egotistical, a expect that most anyone would want to kiss them, this is a sound that has only been heard once before. This was during a dimensional lapse. The party concerned was marrying his sweetheart, just when the vows where concluded and the enslavement kiss was to be held, two dimensions lapsed. The only difference between the dimensions was where the groom was standing. According to Vlatormitian law, they were wed to each other.

The English have no odd sound assigned to make when you kiss some one you never expected to kiss, so Arthur made one up. It sounded mostly like, "…" but could easily have been "???".

Strangely enough, love is a very probable event. Ford kissed Arthur. It was sweet. It was caring. It was a little strange to be kissing your best friend you just recently found out was not from Guildford, but rather an alien. But it was by far the nicest kiss Arthur had received. Luckily the English do have a sound assigned for the last cup of tea in the evening and really good kisses. It is a mix of a satisfied sigh and a deep hum, and can only be typed as "mmmMMMmmm…" which lowers it to the cheap advertisement for canned soup.

Needless to say, it was a sound better heard than typed and it was certainly a sound that encouraged Ford. As stated before, love is a very probable event.
