A/N: I'm so sorry people. I was on like a really long hiatus. Anyways… I'm back! here's a little thing I threw together in a couple of minutes.

"I still cannot believe Vance sent you Agent Afloat again! What did you do this time Tony?" Ziva David questioned through her mobile phone. It had been weeks since they last spoke to each other, and this was the first time Ziva could get a hold of Tony.

"I don't wanna talk about it. Besides, absence makes the heart grow fonder." Tony changed the subject quite quickly, Tony and Ziva's banter was very common- even on the phone.

"Sex can do that too," Ziva announced, already regretting that she had said it.

"C'mon Zee, don't tease me!"

Ziva had to remember to give him a head slap for that one. She heard a knock at her apartment door and decided that she would answer it. "Tony, I have to go. Someone is at the door."

"But Zeeevaaahhh! We haven't had a chance to talk..." Tony sounded like a little kid that wanted ice-cream.

"Goodbye DiNozzo," She hung up her phone and started towards the incessant knocking that made her want to shoot someone.

"Yes?" Ziva groaned as she swung open the door. "…Ton-" she started unable to finish her sentence because she had Tony attached to her face.

It was a short sweet kiss. He pulled away, and Ziva already missed his warmth. They stared at each other for what seemed like forever until Ziva jumped him, pushing him up against the wall outside her apartment. She latched her legs around his waist as they devoured each other. Both of them reluctant to let go as they breathed heavily.

"Zee…I…love…you," Tony said in between kisses.

She stopped dead in her tracks. Wide-eyed and breathless. "What. Did. You. Just. Say?" Ziva managed to let out.

"I…love you. I. love. you. I, Tony DiNozzo am in love with you Ziva!" He wanted to shout it from the rooftops, get it written in the sky. It definitely wasn't how he would normally act. DiNozzo had always had trouble with the word love.

Ziva just sat there, in his lap, while he stood in the hallway of her apartment building. And he had just said he loved her.

"Ziva?" No answer. "Hellooo? Zee-vahh?"

"What are we going to do about Gibbs?" she asked straight away, slipping out of her trance.

"Zee, don't sorry about it. We'll sort it out - but you didn't answer my question." Tony let her down and paced into her living room. She followed, closing the door behind her before leaning against it.

"You did not ask a question," she stated matter-of-factly.

"Zee-vah, you know what I meant." Tony said worriedly.

"Tony of course I love you! How could you not see it all these years!"

"Well you should have told me!" he almost ran over to her, picking her up like a fireman and carrying her towards the leather couch.

"Why the couch Tony?"

"Because it's closer. And we can't waste another minute." he said laying her on the couch and kissing her again.

"Not tonight Tony…" Ziva mumbled, sitting up.

"Okay." he said. She was stunned, he was alright with it. Just like that.

"Are you sure you're okay with that?"

"Well, yeah. I love you Ziva. And i'll do anything to make you happy." Tony smiled that charming smile that would make any woman fall in love with him.

"Who are you, and what did you do with my DiNozzo?" she answered quickly her accent strong from their previous activity.

"Oh i'm your DiNozzo now?" Tony smirked, he had always loved their banter. It was a daily tradition, though this was more like flirting.

"Yes." Ziva stated, crawling into his arms, only to kiss him softly. They fell asleep eventually, after the kissing, hugging and teasing.
