The Spit Swapper
Chapter One
It was a cold, harsh, and miserable snow. Jeff laid in his bed thinking of the fond missed memories of his friends. It had been a long, hard, yet life changing experience.
He gripped the ribbon in his sweaty fist. A salty tear steamed down his face. Glass splinters began to fill his mind. If he could only have one more day with them. Just one more is all he is asking for. The day it was all over Paula asked to speak to him alone. His heart sank as the words found away threw her trembling lips. "I love you Jeff". Those words still crept in his mind and surprised him from time to time. She had taken the ribbon out of her and gave it to him. She wrapped her hands around his nape and planted the biggest, wettest, sloppiest kiss Jeff could ever imagine. When Jeff returned back home he cried the whole night. A rage built up inside him at he lashed out. "WHY!?!?!??!" he screamed. And fell to the floor.
When he awoke the left side of his face hurt and he had sever cotton mouth. He was in a daze until he heard a rumbling noise down the hall and people screaming and crying. Something must be wrong there must be a fight. I must go break it up. He put on his glasses, put on his sleep shirt and grabbed a bottle rocket just in case it was needed. He ran out the door in a fury of speed. He came across the corner and his mouth dropped, his heart sank, his knees went weak. How could have it came this far? Is it after me?
