"Are you sure they won't mind that you're bringing me?"
Harry sighed as he took in his boyfriend's worried face. "I promise, darling. They know I'm dating you and they're perfectly fine with us."
Draco gave his own sigh as he walked over to stand by Harry in front of the mirror. "It's just the first time I've seen the Weasley's since you and I got together and I don't want to screw this up."
Harry watched Draco struggle with his tie and a wave of affection rushed though him. "Come here." Hooking his fingers in the silky material, he drew the blonde into a soft kiss before gently pulling away.
Draco smiled at Harry, most of the fear gone from his eyes. Turning back to the mirror, he let out a small groan. "Harry! You messed up my tie!"
Harry laughed. "I can fix that for you." He moved swiftly, fingers deftly straightening the silver fabric.
"Thanks love." Draco pressed a light kiss to his boyfriend's lips before walking over to the nightstand to retrieve his cuff links. Harry looked at him, a warmth once more spreading within his stomach as his gaze lingered. True to a Slytherin, Draco had chosen an emerald-green to complement his silver tie. The blonde caught him staring and grinned. "Like what you see?"
"Always." Harry chuckled.
"What's so funny?"
"I was just thinking how Slytherin your colors are."
Draco looked down at himself. "Oh…I guess so." He laughed, smiling as he looked back at Harry. "Actually I chose this color to match your eyes."
"Really." Harry blushed.
"Yes." Draco sounded slightly embarrassed.
Harry walked over and took Draco's hand in his own. "I love that you did that."
Draco smirked, than a nervous expression took over. "Are you sure we have to go?"
Harry gently rubbed his free hand over the blonde's arm. "It's going to be fine, love." He squeezed Draco's hand before turning towards the bedroom door. Glancing back, he saw his boyfriend still standing in the same place, a determined look upon his face. A half-smile ghosted Harry's mouth as a third rush of affection bubbled inside.
Green, he thought to himself, looks beautiful on the unwilling.
