A/N: Well this was just to waste time and waste some time it did!! Oh well not expecting much from this.

A whim.

That's what he said.

A whim had saved the other before.

A whim would kill him now.

At ones whim the other would break.

For the second had no such power.

Only hate.

The blade dug into his back, blood staining the fabric around the wound, the victim was smiling. Forever smiling, but tears fell from his eyes. He was going to die. Funny thing was he still had his arm around him. Still holding him. The dieing boy mustered up enough

"Is it really a broken bond," He whispered softly, the words making there way to the other.

"It was always broken," The other whispered in his ear, the boy smile widened,

"I have failed, haven't I," A sneer found its why onto the others face.

"Of course you have, while chasing me you should have been me you should have been training."

Training, to become noticed, to become Hokage, but why couldn't he be noticed by the one he wanted to see him. Was he nothing to him?

"Wasn't that your dream, Naruto, to become Hokage, when you die, your dreams die as well. So that's what happening your dreams are dieing." Naruto blinked, dreams and death, dieing and dreaming, dreaming of dieing.

"Then if its dieing, then I will be forgiven, Sasuke." Naruto whispered, as the last of his life chakra poured into his hands, and was pressed against Sasuke's stomach. The other blinked, what a strange feeling, was this death?

The deadly chakra began to slow him down, everything was becomeing slower, the boy was letting deadly red chakra pour into him burning his insides. If he was burning why did he feel so cold.

Diging his blade further into the blond, he began to realize that for once he had lost completely. The blond fell forthwards, he hand broke skin and Sasuke fell backwards as well.

Slowly they fell, Sasuke blinked, this was death. He hadn't realized it until now but he was use to the feeling, of being cold and knowing that one would become nothing.

'How odd' he thought, both laying on the ground one dead the other about to,

'At my whim I would kill him,

but at his whim we would go together.'
