AAN: Hey sooo... I decided to give this aa try when I got the ideaa right aafter waatching the movie for the first time. I know this is aa very common story line but... give it aa chaance. Pleaase? *puppy dog eyes*

Jack couldn't believe it when he heard the news. A "Gaurdian in training"? Really? Just because they had only heard the Man on the Moon say "New Guardian" two nights ago, doesn't mean they had to train someone. Did it? That doesnt matter, but the worst part was, North was expecting HIM to teach this person.

Um, last time he checked, teaching was work. He didn't do work. He'd rather go and visit Jamie and have a snowball fight, but because it was the end of summer, Jack couldn't leave the North Pole.

He floated outside for some fresh air. A yeti gave him a weird look but he ignored it. He didn't care what the stupid furry things thought about him. He was a Guardian of Winter. He liked snow, ok?

Just as he was considering looking for Sandy, his great friend, a strong breeze nearly blew him off his feet, but he stood his ground. He looked around to see a young woman, about his age, float gently to the ground.

His jaw nearly dropped. She was beautiful. Her very long hair was brown but every once in a while it seemed to have either a red or golden tint to it. She wore a flowing red blouse and a short, shimmery, pleated golden skirt,and surprisingly, her feet were bare. Her dark brown eyes reminded him of fire in a fireplace: warm and welcoming. She looked around and spotted him.

She walked over to him, a jump in her step and a smile on her face. "Hello. I am Annaria Fall. Please call me Ria. I am training to be the next Guardian. Are you going to be training me?"

Jack could only nod. She was stunning.

She giggled. "You must be Jack Frost. It's a pleasure to meet you." She held out her hand and he shook it.

Finally he managed to snap out of his daze. "Erm, yes. Ria. Nice to meet you, too. I'll take you to North."

She nodded and he led her inside to meet the big man in the red coat.

North was inspecting some Jack-In-The-Boxes that a yeti made. Jack thought they were amazing but North stated, "I don't like those polka-dots. Make zem into stripes." North turned and saw Jack and Ria and his face broke into a grin, while the yeti banged his head against the wall.

"Annaria! Nice of you to join us! I see you have met Jack. Very good, very good. Please come inside my office so we can talk about what you are going to be doing here." Ria smiled another one of her pretty smiles.

Jack started to go inside as well, but then Baby Tooth came up and wanted to play for a bit, so he obliged but the whole time he was thinking about the girl with the stunning eyes...

Sooo? Whaat'chaa think? I know its short but I just waanted to introduce Ria. Aand yes I know my aaccent is terrible but pleaase give me aa breaak. It's not eaasy to type aan aaccent you don't haave. From now on, the point of view will be switching from Ria to Jack aand baack aagaain so paay aattention. R&R! Let me know if I should continue! Ok, see yaa Aangels!
