Donnie eyes widen he couldn't believe it, he couldn't, yet the results were there; clear as day and hitting on the face with a frying pan. He began to have sadden expression. How could this have happen? Why him? Why? Turtle couldn't think, he needed to get out of there.
As soon as he walked out his room, he saw Mikey, Raph and Leo play with one of the arcade machines that they had little across the living room.
He sigh and mumbled. "Must be nice?" The mutant then made his way to the table. There, he sat for only god knows how long until Master Splinter came strolling in.
"Master splinter?"
"What is it, Donatello?"
He sighed again, didn't feel like looking at Splinter at that moment. The ninja knew his sensei would answered him then ask the question of what's bothering, but he had to find out, to get closure at least. "When you got us from the pet store did they ever mentioned that any of us were related, did they?"
"No, I don't believe they did."
Great, just what I needed to hear. Turtle thought to himself.
"What seems to be troubling you, Donatello?"
"Well Sensei, I've been looking up our DNA to see any of us are related and it shows that only Mikey, Raph, and Leo are related."
"So?"
"Sensei, don't you see? I 'am all alone."
"Hm? I 'am not related to you four. Do I treat you any different then I would have with my own family?"
"No..." His master was right. He didn't treat him, nor the others differently then he would have, if they were his actual sons and had always treated him like they were his own blood relative, despite knowing at back of his head they're not related.. A weight lifted, he let out a smile. He got up and said "Thanks Sensei." Before heading off and join in his brother's fun.
