"Thanks for helping me with this," Kurt said as he handed Blaine another stack of pictures, cards, newspaper clippings, and flattened memorbilia. Blaine put a picture of Kurt's mother -who looked exactly like him- into the 'keep' pile.

"No problem. It was either this or clean the house. And besides, I love spending time with you." Kurt smiled, blushing slightly, and threw an old Christmas card from his aunt into the 'trash' pile. He and Blaine were sifting through an old chest wedged in Kurt's closet, decideding what should stay and what should go. Spring cleaning, Kurt called it. Blaine didn't mind though; he did love hanging out with Kurt and he also got to learn about the boy's past.

As Kurt placed a picture of his parents at their wedding into the 'keep' pile, Blaine grabbed more of the papers and belongings inside the chest to look through. After two pictures (a picture so faded it had to get tossed and one of Kurt's mom riding a horse -in the 'keep' pile-), Blaine was excited to finally find a picture of a young Kurt.

It showed the flamboyant child in tall, red heels, a pink scarf around his neck, and a red leather purse strapped onto his shoulder. He was about three, standing confidently with a hand on the purse strap and a hand on his small waist. Blaine honestly tried to contain himself, but he couldn't help it. Kurt jumped as Blaine busted out laughing, collapsing into something of a heap on the floor. Kurt raised an eyebrow, curious at the outburst. "What's so funny?" he asked, to which a chuckling Blaine replied, "You!"

Kurt had a terribly confused look on his face as Blaine handed him the picture. "Oh my God," Kurt murmured, eyes wide. Blaine continued to guffaw on the floor, rolling back onto the pile of things to toss away.

"I can't believe that's you!" he said as Kurt mumbled, "I can't believe you saw this." He looked up from the picture and swatted the other boy annoyedly. His face was flushed pink and he was trying to be mad at Blaine for laughing at him, but he was just so embarrassed. Blaine sat up as Kurt glared at the floor, pulling him into his lap. Kurt squirmed, but the other's arms were firm.

"You look absolutely fabulous and adorable. Don't be embarrassed; my mom has tons of frightening pictures of me you'll most likely see one day. Did I ever tell you I was Harry Potter for Halloween three years in a row?" Kurt looked up to Blaine and chuckled at the ridiculousness of it.

"No, but now you'll have to show me those pictures." Blaine chuckled and dropped the picture into the keep pile.

"By the way, that scarf totally clashes with that purse," he said, grinning as Kurt kissed him softly, crawling off of his lap. The boy rolled his eyes and picked up another stack of papers, handing one to Blaine.
