The Valentine's Day party happened in Rochester, New York that Saturday afternoon. My old friend, Alex Russo showed up with her friends from college, Elena, Damon, Stefan, and Bonnie, along with Elena's younger brother and her friends. Once Alex changed out of her snow boots into her party shoes, she and her friends came to join the rest of us. "Happy Valentine's Day, Alex," I greeted my friend while giving her a Hello Kitty Valentine's Day card. "Same to you," Alex greeted me back. When we were about to eat dinner, Sarah called me again. She complained that she, James, and Henri were slow getting a dinner reservation because of the bad weather in Pittsburgh. I told her about the party in Rochester and explained to her that my other childhood friend, Alex was with me. It was hard to believe that Sarah and Alex had strikingly similar personalities, just like Sarah and Carly. She was a High Honors student in high school, and had a remarkably friendly personality, like Alex does. "That was Sarah, your rival drum major that you got jealous of your senior year, remember?" I told Alex when she asked who called me. "But, I am definitely glad that you and your friends came." "Did you make these No-Bake Mini Heart Cakes yourself?" Alex then asked me. "I certainly did, and they taste so good," I then told her.
