"I'm just… not sure." Alec said, and Magnus's eyes filled with tears.

"Alec, no. What is it? Did I do something?" Alec shook his head vehemently.

"No, Magnus, no. I'm just not sure if I'm ready." A few tears fell from Magnus's cheeks before he wiped them away. Alec looked sad, but determined. "Alec, can I have one night to convince you?" Magnus asked desperately. Alec looked dubious, and so Magnus quickly added on. "No boyfriend-y contact, I promise." Alec looked down, but he nodded. Magnus exited the room, already planning, and Alec could tell. "Oh, what have I gotten myself into?" He muttered to himself. Later that evening, Alec walked out to a random field several miles away from anywhere. When he saw Magnus there, he raised an eyebrow. "Romantic." he said, and Magnus knew that that was all he was going to get from Alec unless he convinced him. Magnus gritted his teeth, preparing, and his hands started to glow. A flash of light came from the sky, and Alec looked up, amazed. A star was shooting down, toward them, and Alec thought that it was a coincidence, until he heard Magnus groan. "Oh, Magnus." He whispered to himself, and then ran over to him. Magnus was by then holding a flaming star, and his teeth were gritted, he was bleeding, but he was still smiling. "I'll give you the stars, Alexander." he said before passing out.

Alec kissed him hard, and he opened his eyes. "I love you, Alexander." He whispered.
