Edward Cullen was the coolest guy in school, everyone loved him. He was good looking and smart, he was dark and mysterious. All the girls at Forks High School wanted him as their boyfriend but were almost afraid of him at the same time. It all changed when Lilandra met Edward one day in the cafeteria, their eyes bet across the crowded tables covered in revolting food. Lilandra immediately leapt up from her seat and glided over to Edward with the serene beauty of an angel.

"Hi, my names Lilandra" she told him in her sweet musical voice "I noticed you looking in my direction just now and thought I'd introduce myself"

The other occupants of the table that Edward was sitting at now seemed to be staring at Lilandra, their mouth slightly open. She knew they were stunned my her unmatched lovely-ness, the other girls were nothing compared to Lilandra.

Lilandra gently brushed her long red hair out of her face as she waited for Edward to say something. Lilandra had beautiful hair, it was blood red with streaks of raven black. As she gazed at Edward through her eye lashes with bright blue eyes he finally said "er...hi, I'm Edward".

"Yeah, do you mind if I have lunch with you?" she said as she made herself comfortable in the seat next to Edward.

"Sorry....I have to go....my girlfriend is about to hurt herself, again, see ya" and Edward and the other people at his table left.

Lilandra was left all by herself at an empty table, there wasn't even any rubbish on the table to show that anyone else had ever been there. Then Lilandra realised "Hey" she said to herself "none of them ate anything, not even Edward" she gently bit her lower lip for a second as she thought about this strange occurrence "I know, they must be vampires!" she silently thought.

That night Lilandra dreamed of Edward. She dreamed of his face, his muscular arms, his smile, his eyes and his hair; they were all so lovely. Lilandra didn't even care that he was a vampire.

The next day at school Lilandra couldn't help but follow Edward around, she even went into his Biology class despite the fact she didn't take biology, no one seemed to notice. When the final school bell rang so that everyone could go home Lilandra didn't know what to do. She was new in town and so had no friends and didn't want to go home. Then she saw Edward getting into his car, Lilandra couldn't help herself, she quickly got into her red Ferrari and started to follow him. At first he didn't seem to notice, after all it could have been a coincidence that she was following him, but then it started to be too much for a coincidence and Edward started to drive faster and faster. Lilandra had no problem keeping up, she was an excellent driver, world class in fact, and she drove a faster car then Edward. Lilandra sky blue eyes were locked on Edward's car, every time he changed direction so did she.

Then something terrible happened, Edward pushed his car too fast around a corner, he lost control and his car went hurtling off the road, straight into a tree and burst into flames. Lilandra heart stopped and her ocean blue eyes filled with tears. Edward stumbled from the wreck and glared at her "if Bella had been in the car she would have died" he screamed at Lilandra who took no notice, she had parked her car by the side of the road, her sapphire blue eyes instantly dry again. She jumped out of her car and ran towards Edward, her arms outstretched ready to give him a hug. Edward did not want to give her a hug, instead when Lilandra reached him he opened his mouth and drained the blood from her, leaving her stone dead by the side of the road. Edward realising what he had done was shocked, how could he kill someone, he had never killed anyone before, and now just because this girl was so annoying and had potentially put the love of his life in danger he had killed her. What was wrong with him?
