" I heard he was back.' Hinata smiled,'Now I don't have to pretend anymore.'Gathering up her courage and approaching the raven haired Sasuke.
"E-E-excuse me S-S-Sasuke?"
The Uchiha looked up."Hyuuga Hinata."
Joining her fingers together," Just call me Hinata...um...will you like to go on a date with me Sasuke?"
Charcoal eyes blinked," A date?"
"Only...if you want to."Hinata spoke quietly.
"Hn...I'll consider it."Sasuke smiled," This is unlike the Hinata I know."
"H-Hai...I was thinking of the promise you made to me when we were-"Sasuke covered her mouth." Don't say it aloud. And yes I remember."
Pulling his hand away from her mouth," Keep this between us and I'll meet you at the training grounds."
Sasuke pulled away as he walked, ignoring Sakura."Sasuke! Will you listen to me and why were you talking to Hinata?"
"Get lost and I don't have to tell you."
"Sasuke!"
Sighing heavily, "Go home Sakura. I have a date to get ready for."
"Are you cheating on me?!"
"No. I have to date you to do that and we are NOT even dating. EVER."
Clenching her fists," When I find Ino I'll punch her lights out!"
"It's not Ino and you will do no such thing."Sasuke sighed." Then tell me!" Sakura wailed, hugging him.
"The answer is still no."Sasuke pulled out of her gasp." Go lecture and criticize Naruto."
Sakura sputtered," Is that all you think I do?"
"Yes, other than chase after me."Sasuke said plainly. Sakura became silent." Do I really?"
"Yes." Sasuke repeated, Sakura retreated.' Finally...she left me alone.'
"Hanabi, how do I look?"
"Amazing anesan. Who is your date? Naruto?"
"Oh no..Sasuke Uchiha."
"He's on his way and I'm nervous."Hinata expressed.
A few minutes later...
"Hinata ,"said Hanabi,"Your date is here."
"Hai, see you later Hanabi."
'Have fun."
"We will."Hinata smiled nervously.
"That was a good movie Hinata..."Sasuke muttered in her ear," I have to ask you something."
"What is it Sasuke?"
"Was it Naruto you wanted to see the day of the chunin exams or was there another reason you came over for?"
Hinata nodded,"Hai. I came to see you -"
