This is a oneshot based on a poem I wrote. Enjoy!

Disclaimer: I do not own the characters, J. K. Rowling does!

She sits there every full moon. A dark shadow outlined by the silver shine, hunched over a tree branch. She doesn't move. She doesn't speak. The only one who knows about her presence is the big black dog that hangs out with the stag, mouse and werewolf. He notices her, and she notices him. He sees the outline of her wings, and she sees the human in his eyes and calm behavior. He knows who she is, and she knows who he is.

They first met in the school library. The quiet, pretty-but-not-noticeable girl with glasses and the loud boy that makes half of the school faint with his looks. They don't really talk. He just sees she's holding a book, and the next day, he's sitting there, reading the same one. She's his book recomendator, and he's her only bright light.

She tries. She really does. But she can't avoid it, and when the moon is out, she changes. The wings spring out of her shoulderblades with agonizing pain, her eyes don't need glasses anymore, and her clothes change into a small dress spotted with stars. She flies out of the window to wait for her dog.

He changes and runs after his friends. He knows she'll be there, and he can't wait to see his lurking fairy. He doesn't know why he hasn't talked to her yet. He wouldn't admit it. He's shy. She's the one to finally capture his heart, and it makes him weak. He no longer dates, he only sits in the library and reads the book she's been reading the day before.

She doesn't know why he caught her. He's dated every girl in the school, and yet he still hasn't talked to her. He could be shy. But that's nothing like him. She can't help but notice that since he's noticed her, he hasn't been with a girl. He's been reading the books he saw her reading, and it makes her feel like she's flying. But then she remembers that she can fly, and he knows it, and the little voice telling her to go and talk to him goes quiet.

He wants her. He knows it's right. He doesn't know how to get to her. She wants him. She thinks it's bad. So she doesn't let him get to her.
