[ Callie asks April for help with Arizona. Mark and Lexie arrange a dinner for Meredith and Derek to help them get back to normal].
S1- the elevator.
Callie: Hey, April!
April: Do you have an ortho case that needs a trauma surgeon?
Callie: Um... no, not exactly. I know you probably think that you deserve to be owed back by surgery for helping Arizona, but I don't have surgery for you. Anyways, the case that I did want you to scrub in on does not need an ortho or a trauma surgeon. I need you to help with Arizona.
April: Of course! I am so sorry. It's just I've been so preoccupied with work lately. I will be there to talk to Arizona again. It might not work, but I will try.
Callie: Thank You, Kepner. This is my stop.
S2- the hallway.
Mark: Okay, this is the one time that I will admit this: I love you. You... you're my best friend. It pains me to see you in this way so detached, so cold towards everyone you know. By the way, replacing Callie with another ortho surgeon was not cool. Derek, you're the first one to come in the morning and the last one to leave at night.
Derek: And?
Mark: You need to talk to Meredith. Just take it into consideration. Maybe that will help you.
Derek: I have a job to do. I'm being paged 911 by your wife. We can take this up later. Calm down. ( Derek leaves).
S3- L.A- Addison's therapy session.
Sheldon: Dr. Montgomery, they call me the best for a reason. Talk to me about Derek. What happened? What happened in Seattle?
Addison: It's a long story. Do you want to hear it from the beginning?
Sheldon: Do you want to tell it from the beginning?
S4- Seattle; patients room.
Derek: What happened Dr. Grey?
Lexie: Do not doctor Grey me. I paged you 911 to talk about Meredith. Do you remember her? You're wife? Do you remember Mark? You're best friend? Do you even remember me? Little Grey?
Derek: Don't do that. Stop trying to punish me for avoiding Meredith, or whatever, you did the same thing with Mark for years!
Lexie: I didn't push him away after the plane crash. I married him instead. This is about you. I want you to be at dinner tonight.
Derek: Is she going to be there?
Lexie: She's you're wife. Yes. Mark already asked Meredith to come. I'm asking you. Mer knows you'll be there. You keep insisting that you guys are fine, so why would that bother you?
Derek: I'll be there. ( Derek walks out).
S5: L.A- Addie's session.
Sheldon: Addison? I'm just making sure you're okay. Look, this isn't fun for you, but I'm going to need you to talk to me if you are going to be treating patients. Charlotte is not allowing you to work at St. Ambrose, because Charlotte thinks you are not ready. Frankly, so do I. You have to confront what happened in Seattle. You haven't said anything for the last three minutes, because I don't think you want to confront Seattle.
Addison: I'm ready. I will tell you everything if it will get me in the OAR where I need to be.
