Gabriev Family Feud

BOOM

Gourry sighs as his family starts up again. He glared at the chest where their family treasure is locked. His family has no idea he's in there for they are too busy arguing, arguing over the sword. His older sister and older brother drew swords while his parents try to interfere. But they have taken sides themselves. Gourry stayed out of it all together

Gourry: Stupid sword! It's all your fault!

This never would have happened if it wasn't for this sword. He clenches his fist tight around the bobbie pin. While his brother is supposed to get it because he's the oldest boy, some of his family thinks his sister should get it because she's the firstborn and she's a better swordfighter. They both had their eyes on the sword and will not give it up that easily. Now the family is torn apart over this stupid feuding. It never used to be like this. Once they were a family but now… If only there was a way to make all the troubles go away. If only…

Listen to the family: Rant, rant, rant… bitch, punch, kick… whine, whine, whine… yell, scream, fight…

Gourry: Well, pick, pick, pick… lock comes off… grab, grab,
grab… run like hell…

And he runs holding the sword tightly. Where he was going or what was going to happen next, he had no clue. But he knew what he has to do.

Gourry: I will make it stop!

This sword will no longer be a burden on his family. He would no longer have to suffer listening to them fight all the time. They can be a family again. Gourry wishes to be with them and see if his plan works, but knows it wasn't possible. He will not be able to see them ever again. But he is closer to his family now since he knows deep down that the fighting will end. He smiles as the wind blows through his hair. Gourry has no idea what he is to do now that he left or what the future holds in store for him. At the moment, he just has to keep running.

Gourry: This is going to be a long journey from here. I wish I brought some snacks with me. ::sweatdrops::
