1. Happy Birthday

Harry Potter was helping Hermione Granger with preparations for their best friends, Ron Weasley, birthday. They were taking him all over the place and asking him what he wanted for his 22nd birthday. Ron really didn't care though, he rather just go visit his family at the Burrow then go back to his lonely home on the other side of London, but Hermione persisted that they at least get him something of importance. Little did Ron know that Harry and Hermione were trying to distract him long enough from his parents' house so they could set up a surprise party. Harry convinced Ron to go get some food and then they would head back to the Burrow to see his parents. Hermione groaned at the fact that he was always thinking of food on any occasion but she caved in and bought him a turkey leg. With that they, all huddled together and apparated to the front door of his parents' house.

"Finally, it took us forever to get back." Ron said looking around the house, noticing gnomes running around. "They need to get help for those gnomes. They are gonna terrorize everything... Well, let's get this over with."

"Oh Ronald, you make this seem like a chore, seriously, you should be happy to see your parents." Hermione said, with her usual pouty face that she's had ever since their school days at Hogwarts. Hermione pushed Ron to the door and made him knock.

Ron stood there for a few seconds then the door burst open then a loud surprise rang to his ears. He stood there for a moment, he couldn't understand what was going on. There in front of him stood Bill, Charlie, Percy, Fred, George, Ginny, Seamus, Dean, Lee, Lavender, the Patil twins, and many more people he hadn't seen for a while, some in years. "What?" he said very confused.

Harry pushed him in. "Happy Birthday!" he said.

Hermione looked around feverishly for someone. "Oh, darn, she's never late! Mrs. Weasley, where's your phone." Hermione said.

"Who are you lookin' for Hermione?" Harry said.

"Someone... she's usually quite punctual. Maybe she got caught up... Mrs. Weasley..." Hermione said.

"It's over here dear." Mrs. Weasley said directing her over to the phone. "When she didn't show I was getting worried. I mean she is always is here right on time or earlier."

"I know!" Hermione said, exasperated.

Harry followed her over to the phone. "Who isn't here." Then it hit him on the head like a ton of bricks. The one person that made every person in the world feel important. He didn't want to think it was her though. He hadn't seen her in years. Not since they were all eighteen. She helped them out so much after everything was finished with the war between Voldemort, but could she seriously mean her? "Hermione... Are you saying..."

"Shh, Harry, it's ringing. Go get some food or something." Hermione said shooing him away.

Ron had an embarrassed look on his face. They made him wear a ridiculous hat that sang happy birthday. It was only an hour into the whole ordeal but he felt like scrambling home. There was a knock at the door, he guess some more people were showing up. He looked across the table, Harry was looking directly at the door like someone important was coming. He smirked then looked down at his cake. Then the scent of lavender hit him hard in the face. His heart skipped a beat. Memories flooded his brain so fast he couldn't really cope with it. He stood up quickly then walked around the table, trying to escape to the restroom. He was almost there before he heard her voice.

"Ronald!" she shouted again.

Ron turned around quickly. His cheeks flooded pink as soon as he saw her smiling. "Fel...Felicity?" he stuttered. There she was, Felicity L. Lavender. She was the most gorgeous girl that anyone could set eyes on. She wore a white fitted dress with a big purple sash wrapped around her waist. The purple high heels exaggerated her already gorgeous legs. Her long lavender hair was pulled behind her, but it still dragged across the floor. Her almond shaped eyes cradled two amethyst orbs. She was a rare breed of Veela and Beautimus mixed. Beautimus was an evolving human being, that grew more magical powers every year or so. Ron couldn't believe he was seeing her.

"Are you alright Ronald? You look very pink." she smiled. She handed him a red box. "Happy Birthday, sorry I'm late, had some ministry business to deal with. The Aurors think they will die without me." she said. She leaned in and gave him a kiss on his cheek. She smiled again and turned around and headed straight for the food.

Ron looked around to find Harry or even Hermione. They were both standing together. "Hermione... Um, what... Um, how..." he stuttered.

"She had been busy for the past few years. Being head auror can do that to her. I mean, why are you two acting so weird. I've been trying to get her to come to one of our birthdays for five years now. This was the first year they didn't have her snooping around 24/7." Hermione said. She knew exactly why they were acting so strange. They were both head over heels for her, but she knew Felicity was still crazy for one person. Harry ceased all actions with Ginny when Felicity came into the picture, and Hermione broke it off with Ron when she realized how crazy he was for Felicity. Of course there was other reasons as well she broke up with Ron, but they will be said later. "Well, why are you two acting crazy? It was a good idea right? To get her here?"

"Oh, yes, great idea, but I seriously thought I was never going to see her again." Harry said. "It's like..." he didn't finish his sentence. Fred came stumbling over. "Yes Fred? You look kinda pale"

"She's here!" Fred said. He threw himself on Ron. "I haven't seen her since..."

"You two broke up, we know." Hermione said. "But she has a right not seeing you. You cheated on her." she smirked deviously at Fred. "And with someone she really didn't like. Angelina and her never got along to well for some reason."

"Should I go talk to her?" Fred was staring at the girl from a distance. She was chatting with Bill, and two others they hadn't seen in a few years either. "She looks busy though, I'll wait 'til later." Fred drug himself across the room.

"Boy, your brother looks like he never got over her." Harry said.

"Well, he cried like every day for like a year or so. It was really annoying. I didn't really help either. I just kept saying he deserved it. I mean, Felicity was hovering over the door for like an hour shaking. Next thing you know she's glowing and the door bursts open, and there was Angelina with her hands all down his pants and..." Ron was cut off.

"Okay, Ronald, we don't need to know the dirty details." Hermione said, not hiding her blushing face. "It seems, the party is cooling down." she leaned closer to Ron. "You know Felicity just moved to a place near you. Maybe you could drop by and say hi... Is that Drake Hunter? It is, excuse me." Hermione left so fast the two were left confused.

Felicity was standing with Kristlyn White and Drake Hunter. Talking with them was Bill and Charlie. Hermione squeezed in next to Drake. "Oh, Hermione, long time no see. I came just a few minutes ago." He said flashing his dark green eyes in her direction. Drake was Jamaican. He helped with everything a few years back. "You look stunning as usual."

"Oh, Drake, you're too kind." Hermione blushed.

"I didn't see you come up Hermie." Kristlyn said moving her short white hair from her face.

"Oh, you cut your hair. I didn't know you could do that yet." Hermione said.

"Well, it'll be back by tomorrow. It'll look just like Felicity's soon." Kristlyn said. "Is Harry here? I haven't seen him... Oh, there he is. Excuse me..." she left as quick as lightening.

"I'm afraid she has a serious crush on Harry." Felicity said. "Scielur and Draco are doing well though. They got married two years ago. She still is very shy, but they go together well though."

When the evening was wrapping up, Harry, Ron, Hermione, Felicity, Drake, and Kristlyn were left. More like Hermione and Drake were chatting in the kitchen, Kristlyn had Harry stuck outside, and Felicity and Ron were in front of the fire place. Ron had never felt so nervous in his life. Felicity was right in front of him and he couldn't say anything. He would look up at her every now and then to see what she was doing. She just kept gazing into the fire.

"You like working in the ministry Ronald?" Felicity asked him suddenly.

"Oh, what?" he asked, turning redder by the moment.

"Do you like working at the ministry?" she said now looking at him. "I do believe it's a part of my section, but I never get to see the area."

"Is it really a part of the auror section?" Ron said confused. "I thought we were Minister Horace's staff?"

"Well, you were up until two days ago you see. I made a comment that the Minister didn't need so many staff when he already had a full office. I said I only had Tonk's and a few workers. So he transferred your section to me." She said smiling. "But it seems now he thinks I'm out to get his job."

"You would do a wonderful job at it Felicity."

"But I don't want his job... I mean I don't plan on staying in my job forever. I've always wanted to be a Quidditch player really." her cheeks flushed with a tint of purple. "If my father heard that he would flip."

"I never knew that. But you were the best beater Ravenclaw ever had."

"You really think so?" she leaned in on him, catching him off guard. "I didn't think I was that great. You were a splendid keeper though Ronald."

"I was awful. I was always nervous." Ron said blushing. "I heard that you moved to London."

"Oh, did Hermione tell you that? I'm still getting settled. I'm still going back and forth from New Zealand. I have a lot of things it seems."

"I could help you...if you want me too. I mean, she made it seem like we live close to one another."

"Really? I live at number 9 on willow street."

"I live at number 4, we do live close. Right across the street it seems. I could seriously help out though."

"Oh, what are you doing tomorrow then?" Felicity said excited.

"I was planning on doing nothing." He watched her lean over some more. He couldn't help but look down her dress. Her breasts were pouring out. "But I'd be more than happy than to help you."

"Oh, splendid." She leaned back to her seat on the floor. "You know, when you talk to me, I feel like you see me as a woman, and not a glass figure. I appreciate it Ronald."

Ron had never been so confused in his life. A glass figure? What does she mean by that? She is a woman. A gorgeous, sexy woman that I would love to get my hands on... He thought to himself. He began blushing even more when his mind dove into the deep end. He helped her off the floor and walked with her to the door. Felicity thought it would be a good idea if they went back together so he knew exactly where her home was in London and where her home in New Zealand was. He didn't think it was necessary to go to London and New Zealand but he wasn't going to pass a chance to apparate with her. He huddled close to her and with a loud crack they disappeared.
