It was graduation day at Haven Academy, and in the midst were team RNJR. The 22-year olds had changed a lot since they had arrived on the airships. Everyone had advanced in something, from skills to relationships. After all the teams were called up, the people were finally released into the world. RNJR could hear heartfelt goodbyes from separating teams, thank-yous to teachers, and lots of chatter. "I wonder what will happen next." Ruby wondered out loud, and walked a little faster. Ren and Nora were walking hand in hand, ahead of Jaune and Ruby. "Finally!" Nora exclaimed. "We got some good luck and avoided another Fall of Beacon scenario." "And it's good we were together all the way." Ren replied. "And questions were answered." Nora smiled. "Speaking of questions, I would like to ask you something." Ren said. "Go on." Nora replied. He got on one knee and presented a small box. "Will you marry me?" Nora's hands flew to her mouth, as she stared with wide eyes at the sapphire ring Ren had purchased for her. "Oh my Oum, yes!" Ren got up, slid the ring onto Nora's finger, and locked her in a kiss. Eventually, their lips separated. "This is a new future." Ren spoke softly. "I'd rather be with you than do it alone." The two departed the school grounds hand in hand, full of hope for the future.
