Here I come …
first chapter – the strange kitty
I was running like a crazy woman between the columns of the temple. I had no idea how a freaking statue of the Quimera could be so dangerous, it was running after me and I don't know what were the other mortals seeing but they were walking naturally like if it was just a strange kitty, but, let me start from the beginning.
Hi I'm Kelly and I'm unfortunately a demigod, let's say I'm a daughter of Hephaestus and I may have some powers but turning stone to a real mythological monster it's not one of them.
I swear I didn't even touch it ( Ok maybe I did, but it was already alive ) I was walking like a normal demigod during a school excursion with Aly ( My best friend, excuse me ) and James my brother from mom but also a demigod ( let's just say mommy really likes Greek mythology ) he's a son of Ares really haughty if you ask me but on the deep deep DEEP he's kind of a nice guy.
I have to say he may be two years older then me but I'm smartest, he only think of himself and blah blah blah winning blah blah blah whatever, the important is, HE SCREWED UP
We were watching the sculptures inside the temple when he saw a Quimera shaped one
- Hey Kelly they made a sculpture of you – he mocked
- You know, this time it was almost funny, try harder next time – I replied and he stuck his tongue for me, so mature!
Then Aly just appear by my side coming from nowhere and scaring the shit out of me, I really have no idea how she can be so discrete with her rainbow hair ( Iri's child stuff ) and her bright sky blue eyes
- You guys can't stop fighting for one minute do you ? - she asked with a disapproval look in her face
- I'm sorry mommy – James joked
Aly roll her eyes and said
- You guys are unbelievable
- Hey put me out of this, he is the child here – I complain, and it was there when the Quimera moved
the thing step forwards, more close to us
- James what did you do? - I ask to the trouble boy.
We were now face to face with the beast
- nothing I swear -
- yeah of course it gets alive out of nowhere – Aly replied
- less talking and more action ok? - he scolded
just about time the monster attacked us, more specifically ME
With all my strength I jump above the animal, put a hand on it's torso for support and fall on the ground behind him.
Oh boy I shouldn't did this, for two simple reasons
first: I'm don't sure if you know but Quimera usually have a snake-tail so yeah
second: it got reallyyy angry
I had to dodge the snake-tail so it wouldn't bite me.
Wile the tail was confusing I grabbed my bronze bracelet and it became a big burning hammer with a leather cable ( I made it thank you )
I use it to break the snake's head ( another mistake ) but it was worthless because before the pieces of stone hit the ground another head grown up
- OH COME ON- I yelled to no one in particular
More one mistake cause the beast turn to me and I knew what I had to do…
