A/N: These poems were written as a project/report thingy for my English class, because we have finished the AMAZING! Book/movie during class.
These poems are dedicated to my two favorite characters Dallas Winston, and Ponyboy Michael Curtis. -
Dallas Winston
Every day since I was 10
my days have mostly seen bared doors.
My heart has been dead,
since I don't know whenno one can fill it but him.
My only string to life,
my only connection to reality,
But when he left, I died.
Ponyboy Michael Curtis
When the sun sets,
I go to bed,
hoping for no trouble
I see figures lurking
in the shadows,
are they friend or are they foe.
Why can't we be the same,
I feel like no one understands.
