The Christmas day
Kaname's room
It was a cold and dark night. Kaname couldn't sleep because he was thinking at Zero. He tried several times to think at something else but he couldn't. In the end he decided to sleep even thought he wasn't tired. But, still his mind was full of thoughts with Zero.
Zero's room
All Zero could think of was Kaname and no one else. Like Kaname he tried thousand times to think of something else but he couldn't. He looked at the clock and saw that it was past midnight. Zero thought that he should pay a visit to his pureblood and give him his Christmas present.
When Zero entered Kaname's room he saw that the pureblood was sleeping. The hunter thought that Kaname's face looked really cute. Zero touched Kaname's soft cheeks and then his cold lips. Then he sat near him. Zero wanted to wake Kaname but in a gentle way so he kissed the pureblood. Kaname reacted to the kiss so he woke up.
'Ummmm… what happened? Zero!' shouted Kaname.
'Shhhhh. Don't wake the whole dorm,' said Zero with a whispering voice.
'Sorry. But is your fault for scaring me. Why are you here?' asked Kaname.
'To see you,' said Zero.
'Huh?It's not April Fools Day. Right?' asked Kaname very confused.
'You heard me. I came to see you,' said Zero convinced that this time Kaname will understand that he loves him.
'Why?' asked Kaname still confused.
'Why? Ummmm…. You see….. I… love……you,' said Zero while his face was turning in bright red.
'What?' asked Kaname.
'It's true, I'm not lying. What about you? Do you love me? asked Zero.
'I do. Are you happy now?' asked Kaname.
Then Kaname hid his face because he didn't want to face Zero.
'Yes. Kaname, close your eyes a little bit,' said Zero.
'Why?' asked the pureblood.
'Just do as I say,' said \zero.
'Okay,' said Kaname while closing his eyes.
Zero kneeled in front of Kaname and took a white rose and a ring.
'You can open your eyes now,' said Zero.
'Wow, Zero. For me? But, I'm not as pure as a white rose,' said Kaname.
'In my eyes you will always be the purest person I have ever loved,' said Zero.
'Such big words from such a small man,' said Kaname.
'Thanks. How about the ring, do you like it?' asked Zero eager of knowing Kaname's answer.
'I love it. Thanks Zero,' said Kaname smiling at Zero.
Then Zero kissed the pureblood and hugged him. After some hours Kaname fell asleep on Zero's lap. The next day, Zero didn't find Kaname. When he got up from the bed he saw a small letter left on the table. It was written by Kaname.
I have to leave one day with work.
