How Much Do You Love Me?

It was a question Max wanted to know 3 years ago. Does he still remember? FAX/MANG (Drabble) NOTE: I don't know if I should continue or just leave it like this. If I do I will make a new story for it.

Maximum P.O.V

"How much do you love me?" It was a question asked by children, teenagers, adults, and elders to others. Teenagers were most likely to be fooled by the answer of this treasured question. I know I was fooled, how very foolish I was. The answer was just as foolish. He said he would stay with me forever, that he would never leave me. Now, where's that jerk I call my love? We were only 15 for crying out loud! What did we know about love? Nothing, that's what. I could remember that it was only a month ago, but in reality it has been three years since then.

"How much do you love me, Fang?" 15 year old me asked my, then, love. Fang laughed and hugged me tighter then he was earlier. He leaned down to lightly peck my cheek. "I love you to the universe and back, I love you of how much milliseconds we have been together. But it doesn't matter how long I have loved you, keep that in mind Max. It matters the amount I love you." After that small confession Fang stood up from the cliff we were sitting on, letting me go. He flew up high in the sky with his beautiful wings and spread his arms as wide as he could and shouted, "MAXIMUM RIDE! I LOVE YOU TO THE UNIVERSE AND BACK. MOST IMPORTANTLY I LOVE YOU THIS MUCH!" I chuckled and smiled at Fang. Gosh, did I love that jerk. Where was he now?

I wiped my eyes as tears rolled down my cheek, why did I still miss him? He left the flock, and me, years ago. Fang was suppose to be a distant memory, why did I remember him so clearly?! As I laid down on my bed, inside my mother's house, and closed my eyes. Flashbacks of him passed by seconds, every single one. The ups and downs. Before falling asleep, knowing I would dream about him, I said one thing that I knew was true, something I have been denying ever since Fang left. "Fang, I love you…."

I heard a soft chuckle and a voice that said, "I love you too Max, I love you to the universe and back." A soft kiss was laid on my left temple.

Why, hello there fellow Maximum Ride fanatics :) I decided to write a short drabble that I came up with in ten minutes. It's not the best, not the worst, and maybe not okay but please review! Flame me, give me advice, do whatever. I mean, I'm not gonna go hunt you down just because you stated your opinion.
