The Witch Hunters

A poem from the point of view of the witch hunters, as they are going to attempt to destroy Elphaba.

She's wicked.
She's evil.
She's the enemy of us all.
She's horrid.
She's vile.
She's the worst of them all.

The Wicked Witch of the West.
The one who hurt those monkeys,
Who turned the man to tin.
She has no heart.
She has no soul.
She is the Wickedest witch of all.

We must hunt her.
Kill her.
Burn her.
She must be stopped,
no matter the cost.
The Wizard said she's a threat,
and so she will be nullified.

Punish her.
Burn her.
Make sure she perishes.
Wicked and Evil,
the maddest of the mad.

She's green,
she's a killer,
The Wizard says it's true.
So watch out Witch.
We are coming to hunt you.
