Brenda: Where's Fritz?
(we see Fritz getting knocked out in slow motion, then a quick flash and Fritz is lying on the ground unconscious as we se two hands grab his shoulders and drag his body backwards)
NEXT WEEK ON THE CLOSER
(then we flip to flack on the phone as the team looks on, Daniels leans anxiously on Gabriel's shoulder and Brenda stands in the corner, biting her nail nervously)
Pope into phone: Fritz what the hell's going on?
(there is a click noise of a closing phone and we see a gloved hand closing a cell phone)
(shots of the team running with guns through an alleyway, Sanchez taking someone down, more flashes of scenes, Brenda leans into Pope and looks about to cry, and between every few scenes there is a flash of someone walking holding a gun to their side, then it all gets faster and faster and stops)
(Fritz is tied to a chair)
Guy: I don't think you're cop friends are coming
Fritz: They're coming...
Guy: Are they? (he raises the gun and Fritz shuts his eyes and braces himself, terrified)
(there is a blackout and we hear a gun shot and silence)
(then we see Brenda and Gabriel running in a sewer and through a door and another blackout) Fritz, no! Frriittzz! (Brenda is screaming his name as the title goes)
