Mello's P.O.V
As I was sitting in class I started thinking;
It was Boring around Wammy's, it was always the same thing, day after day.
I'd get up in the morning head to breakfast then to my classes, Near would piss me off and I'd torture him throughout the day. After school I just go to my room and study till dinner then I just do whatever till Roger called Lights out when I go to bed, except for Wednesday when after midnight I sneak downstairs and steal a bag of chocolate to last me the week.
The Weekends are the worst there is nothing to do it's so boring. I study, torture Near -which is still always fun-, and just wonder around. Sometimes I join in the soccer games outside but since I don't really have any friends it's pretty boring around. The only person I was close with was my little sister but I hardly saw her.
*RING RING RING*
Hn lunch time. I get up and head to the dining room, instead of getting lunch I just sit down and start eating a chocolate bar till Roger comes in and Announces that there will be a New member joining today and to help them if they need it.
Then he walks up to me and tells me that he is assigning me to this new boy and that he'd be my roommate…
"Roger, remember last time you gave me a roommate…?" I say harshly, I hated getting new roommates. They were… Annoying and Very Troublesome. I NEVER got along with them. The last roommate I had; I ended up breaking his arm.
"Yes, I Remember… but I do believe this one will be different. And Mello try to make friends."
"Whatever."
Right then Roger calls in this boy. He has Red hair and is about my height, he is a little more chubby then me though, only a bit. He was dressed in a black and white striped shirt and had on jeans and black boots. (He Is Wearing His Vest Today I I Said So. xD It's How I Imagine It, He'll be wearing it sometime later) On top of that he was wearing Orange Goggles and was playing a DS. Something's different about him then everyone else, he stands out. He Seems somewhat… Familiar.
He walked over and glanced up and turned off the DS.
"Mello?" he asked while looking at Me, while Roger who nodded
"Hey Mello, I'm Matt." Matt Says.
I look at him for quite some time. During that time Roger starts looking nervous but unlike others who would start getting Awkward, Matt just stands and waits, keeping eye contact with me looking quite confident and smiling. This Matt person just might be interesting…
I Smirk "Hey, Matt."
And that was the beginning.
