A/N: Ok! Soo…When I forcibly saw Eclipse, I saw the trailer for Charlie St. Cloud. You know how he can see his dead brother and all and his brother wants him to himself? Well, I turned to my sister and was like HOLY CRAP! IT'S LIKE NEXT TO NORMAL! And she just glared at me. Thus, this story was born!
REVIEW PLEASE!
Disclaimer: I don't own N2N or Charlie St. Cloud or any other movie mentioned.
Dr. Madden was on a date with his girlfriend. He was dragged along to see Eclipse…against his will. He wanted to see Inception. Psychological thrillers were kind of his thing. But she said no and that it was too weird for her. She thinks THAT'S weird… he thought as they took their seats in the theater. She wouldn't last ONE DAY in my shoes…
"Oh, I've been just dying to see this!" She said to him happily.
"Yeah…Um, me too…" Hell no…
"I mean, the ending to New Moon? Such a cliffhanger!"
"Yeah…" Oh my God! Shut up! But before long, the previews started as he thought to himself. Why am I still going out with her? Stupid vampire crazed person… They saw a few trailers for some movies. A sequel to Paranormal Activity…Harry Potter 7.
"Man, that looks so cool…" he whispered to her, watching the trailer excitedly.
"Eeew! You're a Harry Potter fan?" She asked, somewhat horrified.
"Um…yes?"
She just scoffed and went back to watching some trailers. Finally there was a trailer for some movie called Charlie St. Cloud. He watched it for a little while, until he saw that Zac Effron was in it. Then he lost all interest. He quickly heard someone say a line about how they could see some dead boy. The doctor's head suddenly shot up as he looked at the screen.
"Wait…What just happened?" he asked his girlfriend quickly.
"He lost his little brother to a drunk driving accident…And now he can see him…isn't that sad?"
"Holy shit!" He soon received a lot of annoyed glares from everyone around him. "That reminds me of one of my patients!"
"They lost a brother to a drunk driver?"
"No….She sees her dead son."
"Uh-huh…" the girlfriend looked away from him quickly, mouthing 'I don't know him' to people around her. "They call is a gift in the movie. And it sort of is…it's sweet."
"No it's not. It's a psychological problem. He's obviously grieving which makes him THINK he's seeing his dead brother, while in reality it's really his mind playing tricks on him. You know, these alleged hallucinations can cause people to do the stupidest things sometimes! Like this one time, Diana-!"
"Who's Diana?" she asked jealously, staring him down. "Someone I should know about?"
"She's my patient! No! But I mean-!"
"Well, why do you keep talking about her?"
"She's sort of my main concern right now."
The girlfriend just stood up, blocking everyone's view as the movie started. "Oh, she's you main concern? Not me? Not anything else?"
"Well, I mean-"
"Well FINE! We're through! Thanks for nothing, asshole!"
She angrily stormed out of the theater leaving the room quiet. Everyone just stopped and stared at Dr. Madden who just shrugged.
"Well, enough of this crap…Who wants to go see Inception?"
A/N: Making fun of Twilight's the best!
