Garth and Lilly were walking towards their den when he heard a whooshing noise. They turned to see the TARDIS standing there. They were confused by this object so he went up to it.

Garth touched the wooden door and gave it a push. He looked inside and saw the humongous room. The two heard a scream come from inside and looked around in panic.

They saw Humphrey in a wheelchair using his hind legs to move and using a broom to sweep a rubber ball on the floor. He was the one that screamed. It was his voice.

Humphrey was sweeping the rubber ball on the floor as Hutch and Kate were on wheelchairs trying to block to ball from going in the bin that was on the other side of the TARDIS.

"I'm the king of goofing off!" He yelled. Humphrey got past them and hit the ball with all his might.

The ball almost went in but Wayne, who was wearing protective gear, grabbed it. He then punched Hutch in the face with it as he came over.

"Ow!" Hutch cried as he got hit. "Unnecessary roughness!"

"So what, that's legal in Rollo Polo." Wayne told him. Humphrey then went over to them and got out of the chair.

"I thought we were playing Cincinnati Time Waste." He asked.

"Oh, in that case…" Hutch started as he swung his broom to Humphrey's crotch. Humphrey fell down with a groan. He held his wolf in pain.

"What did I do?!"

"When you pass the TARDIS console, you yell out 'hot pot' and eat a sugar cube."

"He's right. That's a two minute penalty." Wayne said as he looked at the Cincinnati Time Waste handbook.

Kate, Hutch, and Wayne then went up to Humphrey and started to tickle him.

"Penalty, penalty, penalty!" They said as they tickled. Humphrey started to laugh uncontrollably.

"What's going on here?" Garth asked. They stopped and looked at him. "And what is this place?"

"This is the TARDIS. Can travel in space and time." Wayne informed him.

"Aren't you that wolf that came to our pack?" Garth asked as he nodded.

"What was with that screaming? What would the neighbors think if they heard that?"

"We're the neighbors and we don't think." Kate said as Hutch nodded. Garth then gave them a glare.

"Alright, how did you get this thing? This… TARDIS?" He asked.

"You ask too many questions…" Wayne told him.

"Ok, let me ask a question." Lilly said as everyone looked at her. She then smiled. "Can I play what you're playing?"

Everyone smiled except for Garth. "Sure, grab a chair." Humphrey said.

She then got in a wheelchair and was given a broom. "Ok, Cincinnati Time Waste. Let's play."

Everyone started to play as Garth kept glaring at them in confusion. "I need new friends…" He said as he left the TARDIS and left the wolves to their game.
