CHAPTER ONE
North America, New York, Brooklyn, 2005
It was a normal day in Brooklyn. Or it was for almost everybody. Those people whose day was not going to be normal were three boys. And a few others but we will get to them later. The first boy's name was Joe. He had black hair, brown eyes, and dark colored skin. Joe was learning to be a magician and he was responsible for most of the trio's misadventures. He always wears green. The second boy's name was Sam. He also had black hair and brown eyes, but he had pale skin from staying inside and inventing a lot. He was the smartest out of the three and probably one of the smartest in the school. He always wears red. The third boy's name was Fred. He had blond hair and blue eyes. And to be honest Fred was the dumbest of the three and a sports jock. He always wears blue and a baseball cap. The three were all ten years old. And here's a secret that you won't hear from anybody else in this world. On his tenth birthday Joe's magician uncle gave Joe a book titled "The Book". This book has magical powers. It can time travel. That's how three TEN YEAR OLDS get themselves into situation where they nearly DIE so often.
The three were just chilling at Joe's house and planing to not get themselves into a situation where they would nearly die. All of a sudden a green portal opened up in the roof of the living room and three girls fell out of it. The three boys were not shocked but helped the girl's up. Now if you looked at the six people in the room you would find some similarities. The reason for this is because they are related! The first girl's name is Jodie. She is Joe's great-granddaughter from the year 2105. She also was given The Book and strives to be a magician. She can also be quite bossy and she always wears green. The second girl's name is Samantha. She is Sam's great-granddaughter from the year 2105. She is klutzy, and the opposite of Sam's personality and she always wears orange. The third girl's name is Freddie. She is Fred's great-granddaughter from the year can you guess it? 2105. She is the opposite of Fred. She's meek but she does have a weird fascination of torture devices that everyone finds mildly concerning.
Joe started up the bonfire of questions. "Why are you guys hear? Are you okay? What year is it where your from? Any idea where The Book could be this time?"
Jodie replied with "The Book force warped us. Everything's fine. 2105. N…" Jodie never got to finish her answer because The Book fell out of another portal and onto Sam's head. Samantha and Freddie helped Sam up but dropped him when something happened.
They heard the doorbell ring. That's the something that happened Joe went to the door and opened it. And there stood Joe's Uncle Joe! That's going to get annoying REAL quick Joe surprised asked his uncle a question
"Whats wrong?" Because Uncle Joe ONLY ever shows up at Joe's house when something has happened. Uncle Joe replied to Joe by responding with.
"I honestly don't know. I just felt like something important was going to happen." Joe invited him in and before anybody could say anything The Book opened up and flipped to a certain page. Green mist swirled everywhere and the seven were whisked away through the fabric and space of time to an unchosen destination. Or was it unchosen?
