INTRODUCTION

Meet the Characters:

Alistair Lee

Alistair is the Digidestined's leader, and also the twin brother of Aurelia. He's very strategic when he needs to be, yet he will often find himself stuck along the way if his strategies go awry.

Aurelia Lee

Aurelia is the Digidestined's main Firefly fanatic (or flanatic), although the rest of them enjoy the show as well. She is quite friendly and kind, and is always ready to help a fellow creature. She is also the only one of all nine Digidestined who thinks that Deep Space Nine is the best Star Trek series ever.

Jonathan Clark

Jonathan is usually the calm and collected member of the Digidestined. He holds the others together, keeping them focused on the goal at hand, even if it seems that he's not very focused on it, himself. He is best friends with Melissa, as they have been for many, many years.

Melissa Hill

Melissa is Jonathan's best friend, and she is also obsessed with anything and everything Sci-Fi. She used to be very absent-minded, but that changed after it almost got her knocked off a cliff (see Book 3 for the whole story).

Lucian DuBois

Lucian is the older brother of Lucilla, who he often calls "Lucy". Although he believes his younger sister is smarter than him, they actually both have the same amount of intelligence. Lucilla just uses hers more frequently.

Lucilla DuBois

Lucilla "Lucy" Dubois. Think of a combination of River Tam, Deanna Troi, and Stephan Hawking, though a much toned-down combination of those three. When she was six years-old, Lucilla fell flat on her back, banged her head on the tiled floor, and lost the ability to speak. However, this damage to her head opened up new possibilities, and gave her a fairly good empathic link to those nearby, and also the occasional glimpse into their minds, through limited telepathy that comes and goes at random, though she believes it to appear when someone close by is feeling a particularly powerful emotion.

Amity Moore

Amity is the oldest of three siblings, the other two being her ten year-old brother, Tobias, and her six year-old sister, Loretta. Amity often annoys the other Digidestined with her preferred method of communicating: by simply saying things without trying to hide or hint at anything. Which means that she's usually the most openly "for" or "against" ideas, whether or not the others agree with her. This also annoys her siblings (or at least Tobias), who have to live with her, day in and day out.

Tobias Moore

At first glance, Tobias seems to be the quietest of the Digidestined, nowhere near as a talkative as his sister, Amity, and when he does talk, its usually as brief as possible, for he doesn't particularly take to speeches, which he defines as "any dialogue which takes more than a minute to express". However, you would never guess that under this shy exterior lies a seed of evil, planted there by the Digidestined's long-time nemesis, Millenniummon, long before they had ever set foot in the Digital World.

Loretta Moore

Loretta is the youngest of the Digidestined, and also the smartest. Her lifelong dream is to become a household word, such as Einstein, Newton, and Hawking. Yep, she's a genius, and she likes to show it, often using long, winding sentences full of impressive usage of vocabulary. Also, she's the most observant of them all.
