Before we start, let me just say that I am having big problems at the moment.
My computer charger for my PC has broken. And ordering a new one was done, but it will take 3 months. So in the meantime, I have to use a different kind of writing system that's probably outdated…on a different computer.
Anyway, enough of that. Here's a super short one-shot I did for Phineas and Ferb.
Onto the story.
"So, Perry the Platypus, what do you think?" asked Doofenshmirtz.
Perry the Platypus had no idea what to say. Doofenshmirtz gave him an animal translator today. Ever since Doof turned into a new leaf, Perry was eager to go to his house to spend time with him.
All that came out of Perry was a tear of joy.
"How about we try it out?" asked Doof.
Perry nods.
"Alright then. Let's turn on the thing and we'll see your real voice." Doofenshmirtz turns on the translator, eager to hear what Perry really sounds like. What came out of Perry was something Doof did not expect.
"Testing…testing…testing…Hello, Doofenshmirtz. This thing actually works!" said Perry the Platypus, in a strange Gollum-sounding voice.
"Hmm…you sound like Gollum from Lord of the Rings. Let's change the tone a little bit." Doofenshmirtz said, using a remote control to change the tone and voice of Perry.
"Hmm…this voice feels a little weird. What do you think it sounds like?" asked Perry the Platypus, in a super shy, high-pitched voice.
"Nope. Let's change that! You sound like Fluttershy from My Little Pony." Doof said, changing the tone and voice again.
"Okay. This will be the last test. Do you think this voice works?" asked Perry, sounding very deep and with an accent.
"Um…Arnold Schwarzenegger's voice doesn't work for you." said Doofenshmirtz. He removes the translator from Perry. "I think I need to tweak this."
Perry nods.
And that was Perry's Translator Test. I'm gonna have to get used to this old, outdated writing system.
What did you think of this one? Read and review.
