Okay so people this is basically what happens when I get bored. Also I don't own the characters S.M does blah blah you know the drill.
Fear had never been so exciting nor intoxicating as at this moment. When she had imagined this confrontation in her mind it had gone smoother, funnier and she imagined he would have laughed, at least humour her for a while. However, all she could see in his eyes was unforgiving menace. She never imagined he could be angry at her of all people. He always called her the exception, the one he could spare any negative emotion towards.
"Edward...please," she pleaded ,"I didn't mean to...it-"
"Bella I'm not in the mood. Give me what I want and maybe this won't end badly." he replied in a quiet voice. She could see he was reigning himself in, trying to keep his emotions at bay and she was concerned about being around Edward for the first time in her life. His playfulness seemed to have evaporated in a matter of seconds since he had discovered what she had done.
"I don't have it anymore." she barely whispered but the look on Edwards face suggested he had heard. "I don't have the bear anymore, Emmett... he borrowed it he said he wanted it for something". Even as she said the words to him she could scarcely believe what an idiot she had been. Only a retard would have accepted Emmett's so called innocent enquiry and would have dismissed his strangely prominent dimples as a mere occurrence in life. She could not find it in herself at that moment to believe that Emmett did not have an ulterior motive.
"You...w-what!" he shouted with a look of absolute horror.
"He begged me for it Edward he was on his knees I had to get rid of him somehow." Edward was gravely quiet. Could it be because she had given away his stuffed animal, the bear she had discovered hidden in one of his drawers when she was snooping around his room or it could be because she had given it to the devil himself and one could hardly imagine what Emmett would do with it.
"You do know it's not mine...right?" he asked with a serious face.
"Yes, of course I know" she lied "I never did, not for a moment."
"Bella," he breathed, "you never could lie to me," he said his eyes laughing "the bear is actually for you, to help you sleep when I'm not there. I wouldn't need it."
"Don't worry Edward I did tell Emmett that I didn't think it was yours," she confessed "and he said he believed me."
"Oh hell!" cried Edward "Bella I don't think we're going to Mike's party tonight anymore."
"Okay." She replied meekly. She did not think it wise to mention that coincidentally or not Emmett had just suggested that the party was to be moved to the Cullen's house. Atleast it would be an interesting night she thought while smiling innocently at Edward.
And there goes don't kill me people I found this sort of funny. Sadly.
