I was replaying Turnabout Reminiscence when this idea hit me. So there are minor spoilers for Ace Attorney Investigations, case 4.
This is set on the part where Edgeworth and Franziska are examining the bench, and Edgeworth comments on how Franziska couldn't see the iron bars because of her height.
Meant to be sibling love, but you can interpret it another way if you must. I couldn't help it; Franziska was too adorable as a child.

Edgeworth gently massaged the spot that Franziska had whipped most recently. He tried to hide it, so as to not satisfy her by letting her know that he was hurt.
"Couldn't you be more careful as to who you whip?"
She scoffed. "But Miles, I have no regrets about whipping you. Sometimes, my riding crop seems to have a mind of its own and just seems to like you most."
That statement would have sounded cute if she had not said it sarcastically. Which she fully intended.
He looked out the window again, gazing at the restroom across the courtyard. Could the judge have really seen all the way? But then again, that detective was quite big in stature—
"OWW! What was that for!"
"Stop looking out that window!"
Edgeworth ran through her words quickly, and thought that maybe she was annoyed that he could see the iron bars and she couldn't.
So he muttered in a low voice, so that Detective Badd wouldn't hear, "You know, Franziska, if you wanted to see the iron bars, you could just tell me."
She looked away from him. Edgeworth thought he saw her cheeks redden just a bit.
"Well, do you?"
Franziska hesitated, and said haughtily, "I just have to make sure you're not lying, so—"
She didn't get to finish her sentence, as he put his arms around her waist and lifted her up. Predictably, she struggled.
"MILES, PUT ME DOWN!"
Detective Badd, His Honor, and the two lab guys looked around at them in surprise as he put a yelling Franziska back down on the floor, who started whipping him at once.
He didn't understand her words—it was a blur of her riding crop and the word 'fool'. She was more aggressive than usual, though there was a different tone to her voice. Detective Badd had also, apparently, noticed, and he was quick to comment.
"Easy on the whip… little missy," he said, his eyes widened slightly. "You don't want… your elder brother to faint… in the smack middle… of an investigation."
Franziska glared, and whipped Edgeworth once more. He knew better than to ask.
He also knew that Detective Badd was about to remark that she was just embarassed—thankfully, he thought better of it and kept silent, rendering Edgeworth's slight panic useless.
Nobody was ever going to tell Franziska that she was humiliated about him treating her like a childlish little girl in public and get away with it.
Though, admittedly, everyone in the hallway was thinking it. But her.
"How unprofessional, Miles! Refrain from doing such things!"
He stopped a grin, and when he turned around on the pretext of looking at the vending machine, thought he saw the judge and one of the lab boys do the same.
Because Franziska (and Kay) as children are so adorable. :3
