Author's Note: This is a little like the Green Ghost, but it isn't a sequel or anything. Just another poem. This time I decided to do it on hatred which is another cause of jealousy. They call jealousy the green monster, and they really don't call hatred anything, so I named it myself. Red is a dominant color, and so is hatred. Once you experience it, it sometimes just takes over. Therefore, I named this poem The Red Ghost. Once again, ghost is just used to tell you that it does have to do with Danny Phantom. Did you notice that the color red is at the end of the word hatred? I just realized that! And this is mainly for Danny. So try thinking of Danny when you read it, it'll make sense in the end. But it's not in his point of view, just third person. DxS! 3!
Disclaimer: I do not own Danny Phantom.
Hatred
Is a powerful thing.
Its dominant like red,
and controlling like a king.
It makes you loathe,
and creates a monster inside you.
It makes you want both
power and command over what they do.
You want to control
the things they act
and rule
out the bad things they think are facts.
Forget all the hate,
and grief that people like Dash
made you create.
You may want to bash
everything they did to you.
All the hate you have for Paulina and Star,
It makes you forget what you knew
about what you are.
You're unique, and now have what you dreamed of
So don't think about Valerie,
You now have your love.
Forget that terrible fee
high school bullies made you pay,
Don't count on that hate
to make your day.
Turn that hate into your fate,
which is obvious right now,
That hating is wrong, and you have your best friend
That you just somehow
Can't tell that she's your happy end?
Love and hate are both very powerful.
So resist one and choose the other.
Don't become a fool.
Think of people as your brother.
This ending, my dear,
is so much happier.
So lend me your ear,
This ending is sappier.
Danny and Sam lived life to the fullest,
and forgot about bullies they encountered a while back.
Without hatred, their lives together were the best.
One thing their endings do not lack,
is a happier ever after without hate,
because well, that, my friend,
would mess up their fate.
To be together.
Happily.
Forever.
