Nick stepped through the doors of the TARDIS. Then back out. Then back in. No, that couldn't be right…impossible.
"It's bigger-"
"-on the inside, yes, I know, let's get going!" Jeff interrupted, pulling Nick further into the TARDIS. "Come on, hurry up! We haven't got all day you know! Well, technically we have as long as we want, we could travel for years and arrive back here five minutes ago, but that's not the point! We've got places to go, people to see!"
Nick was speechless. He could only watch as this amazing, wonderful, mad man scurried around the TARDIS, pressing button and pulling levers, babbling nonsense about planets and aliens and how dangerous and terrifying it was all going to be.
It sounded brilliant.
Nick hurried up the ramp to the control panel of the TARDIS, looking at Jeff for further instruction.
"Press the big, red button." Jeff told him.
"The big, red, ominous looking button?"
"Of course, everyone loves a big, red, ominous looking button!"
With a grin, Nick slammed his hand against the button, and was immediately knocked off his feet as the TARDIS lurched under them. Nick was sprawled on the floor, laughing at the sheer insanity of the situation.
"You're crazy!" Nick laughed. "This is ridiculous! Where are we even going?"
"No idea! That's what makes it so fun!"
