SAO: Mama and Papa
A/N: Hey y'all! First ever OC fic here, so let's see how it goes! For this one, I pondered this particular alternate: what if Kazuto's parents were NOT killed in a car accident, and they were somehow still alive? It took me a while to finally come up with an acceptable alternate OC position(s): They were rich, high ranking military generals, but they were captured and taken prisoner in Afghanistan because of something they did in the war. Now this will most likely screw with everything we know about SAO...

A quite simple sound indeed, more exactly, the sound of two individuals being thrust into the Afghanistan sand by an Isis Militant. Both were blindfolded, so that one could not see their faces well, but from their tight fitted clothing, gender was quite obvious. Both had an average height of about 5'10'', and just by size proportions, you could tell they were clearly Japanese. Except for the fact that one was female and the other was male, they looked very similar in appearance, especially their black hair. The Isis militant in context was wielding a .32 revolver, pointing the weapon at both figure's heads. Opposite of him, stood ten soldiers of the prestigious Japanese Army
"One move an' one of 'em dies" shouted the militant
The soldiers stayed put and didn't move a muscle, as they knew that their plan is already going perfectly...
Petchoo!
Another simple sound, this one coming from a sniper hidden behind the militant. His well-placed shot left a 50 caliber size hole in the militant's head; who flopped to the ground immediately after. The ten soldiers then rushed to the two figures, their condition unknown
"Sensei-sama and Sensei-san! It relieves us much to know that you are still with us"
"Hai, we are fine"
With that, five soldiers lead the two figures into a waiting helicopter, to be transported back to their base camp in China.
The release of the two long-time Afghanistan prisoners was all over Japan's television. At least that is what Kazuto and his girlfriend Asuna thought as their Rom-Com was interrupted by the breaking news.
