It was never true. I never really love Katniss. I always loved Madge, sweet, sweet Madge. I miss how she would try to comfort me during the 74th Hunger Games. But, sadly, she died in trying to save Rory. But now, I'm on my way to District 2. I am the one who made the bombs that killed Prim. But I thought that it was a weapon against the Capitol. When Katniss was in the games for the first time, Prim was like a sister to me. But as she grew older, she started to look more like Madge. her long, soft golden hair, her pink rosy cheeks. Why would I want to kill someone who looked like someone I loved? But either way, I can't show my face to Katniss. I have so much guilt against her and Peeta. Once I get to 2 I will try to start a new life. I left my family in the hands of Greasy Sae, the only person I can trust now.
" Excuse me, but is this seat- Gale?"
I turn my head to see who it was, only to see Mrs. Everdeen. I was wondering what she was doing here, I realized that she was here because she has nothing to do back in 12. Katniss has more than enough money than she needs, and 12 does not really have as much infections as before. She has better chances in another district to find a job.
" Mrs. Everdeen? Nice to find you here. What are you doing on the the train to 2?'
" The next stop is in 4, I'm going with Annie to take care of her and her new baby. She might have a hard time in living, like me when my husband died. And we were together for years, Annie only had a few weeks as a married couple, until, you know..."
I do know, Finnick was killed by the alpha mutts back in the Capitol, trying to save Katniss. That man still had so much to do. My mind was about to go into space if Annie and her son didn't distract me.
" Hi, Gale. On your way to 4?"
" Hi Annie, no, I'm on my way to 2."
" Oh, okay. Why are you going to 2?"
" It's a long story."
" Okay, come on Annie. Let's go find seats."
" No wait. These seats are free."
" Thank you." Annie sits down beside me, with her baby in her arms.
After countless crying and other stuff that I can't get out of my mind, we arrive in 4 and Annie, Mrs. Everdeen and Finn say "good bye" to me and leave. Once again, I am alone.
" Excuse me, is this seat taken?"
I turn my head to find a girl, about a few years younger than me, with golden hair and rosy cheeks.
" Gale?"
" Madge?"
