If You Fail To Tell An Alien Something Important, You Get Tickled.

Ashley and Fangula had just gotten back from their honeymoon and she sighed, happy to be back, but still a little sad it was over.

"Don't worry, Ashley," said Fangula. "We can always take another vacation."

She smiled. "I know," she said and then thought of Flabber, her best friend who was a phasm, or ghost.

And thinking about ghosts made Ashley remember Rachel Jocklin, a young girl who had a ghost scare her once, but they found it was an alien ghost who had been searching for Rachel and wasn't trying to scare her. "Hey, Fang," she said. "Mind if I go visit Rachel in Staybrook?"

The count remembered the young girl his wife was speaking about. "Of course," he said. "Girl talk?"

Ashley nodded. "Kind of," she said. "I'll be back soon."

With that, Ashley decided to ride the bus to Staybrook as she had done before and soon came to the small town and headed for a certain store where Rachel's Uncle Russell owned and worked. She went in and saw the scientist/inventor reading the newspaper, but he looked up and saw her. "Ashley," he said. "What a pleasure to see you again."

"It's good to see you again, Mr. Jocklin," she said. "I was wondering where Rachel was."

Russell smiled. "She's at the Grant Mansion," he said. "It's just on the outskirts of town just past the thick forest, not too far from the Jocklin Mansion."

Thanking him, Ashley walked through the woods and soon came to the Grant Mansion that looked huge, probably bigger than Hillhurst. She knocked on the door and saw it open and Rachel came out from around the door. She gasped. "Ashley!" she said in surprise. "Hi! Come in!"

"Hi, Rachel," she said and came in. "How are you?"

"Great!" she said. "You?"

"Married."

Rachel looked shocked. "You got married? Let me guess, to Fangula, right?"

Ashley nodded. "Yes," she said.

"Congratulations!" Rachel said happily. "When did you guys get married?"

"About two months ago," Ashley said and suddenly felt something wrap around her arm.

"You mean you got married and didn't tell us?" asked a voice in disbelief and they saw it was an alien mummy who Ashley had met sometime back and knew his name as Snare-Oh.

"Yes?" she said, sounding a bit unsure and suddenly felt Snare-Oh's fingers gently tied her arms back and suddenly start poking her ribs.

"You're getting a tickle torture," he said and began tickling Ashley, who laughed as Rachel stood back and watched with a smile as the other young woman tried to escape from the mischievous alien.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! STOP! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Ashley laughed.

"Tickle tickle. You can't get away," Snare-Oh teased. "Cootchie cootchie coo!"

Ashley finally gave up and started gasping for air, which made Snare-Oh stop and make sure she was breathing again. Rachel only laughed.

"Yeah, I learned the hard way too about what happens when you fail to tell an alien something important," she said, which earned her a tickle for Snare-Oh and she laughed hard. Finally, they all calmed down and caught up on each other's news.

Then, Ashley headed home and was greeted by her husband who kissed her. "Have a good time?" he asked.

She nodded. "Always," she said and kissed him again, happiness filling her and overflowing to spread throughout all of Hillhurst and beyond.
