A/N: So here's another story I had an idea for and just got around to writing the teaser. Please tell me what you think.
Legend
It was a rainy day in New York City. People had their umbrellas out, others ran from place to place with only a newspaper to cover their head. The smart ones stayed inside.
A knock came on an apartment door as it opened, Detective Don Flack walked in. "Hey Freddie it isn't smart to leave your door unlocked you should know that."
No answer came "Come on Freddie. I'm not up for games today. Are we meeting up with Pat and doing our thing today or not?"
Don walked into the bedroom and saw Freddie lying on the floor in a pool of blood. "Freddie, Fred."
Don went and checked for a pulse, just incase by mere chance Freddie was alive. There was nothing. He quickly pulled out his cell and began to dial 9-1-1, as soon as he pushed send, a hand came around the front of his face with a cloth and clamped down around his mouth. Don tried to push up to his feet attempting to fight back, but the man behind him kept pushing him down. Don pushed himself backwards, shoving the man against the wall hoping to get free. He tried to pull the well muscled arms away from him, but did not prevail. He could se the haze growing around his vision, he could feel his struggle weakening. Don found that he couldn't put up the strength to fight back anymore. He knew whatever happened next wouldn't be a good thing either.
Mac had gotten the call out to an apartment. He arrived with Danny and Lindsay. "Detective Angell, we working with you on this case?" asked Mac.
"Yeah Don's got the day off, but he wouldn't be able to work this case even if he wanted to."
"How so?" asked Lindsay.
"The victim is Fredrick Flack, one of Don's older brothers"
"Get out of here, Flack's suppose to meet up with his brothers today for something," said Danny.
Lindsay moved past Angell and the others into the bedroom. "I haven't called Don yet, I was waiting for you to come, but by the sounds of it we should be expecting him."
"Or not," said Lindsay.
Everyone turned to her. "Don's cell, with 9-1-1 in the frame, which means he was already here."
"And now he's missing and he's a part of this case. Just not in the way he should be," said Mac.
A/N: So that was the teaser reviews would be apprecited. StoryDreamer
