Roxy was buzzing with excitement today she would finally meet Jane in person. She'd woken up early stuffing everything she'd need in her little back pack and rushing out the door to catch the bus. She sat on the bus fidgeting and fixing her hair wanting to look perfect when she and Jane first met. She sipped on some vanilla vodka she'd hidden in a water bottle. It was white so why not take advantage of that? The bus pulled into the carnival and Roxy hopped off the bus. She rocked back and forth a bit as her vision stabilized and then she sat her. She was standing there holding a photo and looking around. She looked nervous and she was even cuter in person. Roxy didn't have to check her picture to know this was Jane. She ran over yelling out "Jane!" Jane turned and smiled waving her hand in the air. Roxy was getting close to Jane but she couldn't seem to slow down fast enough and she crashed into Jane almost knocking her over. Jane laughed steadying her with her arms. "Hi!" Jane said with a smile pulling Roxy into a hug. Roxy squeezed Jane and enjoyed the sweet smell coming from her hair. They pulled apart and Jane exclaimed "Let's ride the tilt-a-whirl!" Jane grabbed Roxy's hand and began pulling her off towards the ride. Roxy laughed as the world flew by her in a blurry haze. She smiled widely at the feeling of Jane's hand against hers. The two got on the tilt-a-whirl and Jane insisted they lean side to side to make the spinning extra awesome. Roxy agreed and the two spun, and spun, and spun. The spund so fast and hard Roxy's grip was knocked loose and when she grabbed the safety bar again her pinkie finger was hooked over Jane's. Jane looked and Roxy and smiled at her squeezing Roxy's pinkie with her own. Roxy slid her whole hand over Jane's and squeezed back. When they got off the ride Jane and Roxy walked holding hands. "Can we get some cotton candy?" Jane asked "I absolutely love cotton candy!" she said bounding up and down on her heels. Roxy smiled and pulled her wallet out of her bag. "Now it's my turn to choose the ride!" Roxy said after Jane had her cotton candy. Roxy pulled Jane over to the Ferris wheel and Jane began to shake her head. "No way Roxy," Jane began "those things are so old and rickety! What if we get stuck way up there at the top?" Roxy put her arms on Jane's shoulders turning her towards her and looking into her eyes. "I'll protect you." She said. Jane blushed looking down "Roxy? Are we… are we dating now?" She asked. Roxy wanted to kiss her face all over and spin her around but she'd probably fall down so instead she just said "If you want us to be" Jane nodded and the two got on the ferris wheel. As they neared the top Jane offered Roxy some cotton candy. Roxy saw a small piece of cotton candy on Jane's lip. She smiled and leaned in "Sure" she said leaning in and kissing her.
