When I was a little girl, I believed that there was a knight in shining armor, a hero out there to save me. I would look around, carrying my hammer just in case. Hey, I was 4!

We've been together for 4 years.

4 years later, I saw a blue blur and tried to catch up to it. He was really fast, zipping around at the speed of sound. I managed to see him, before being kidnapped by a robot freak. But Sonic saved me, and the knight in shining armor was dumped. I knew he was a hero, but I never expected to love him. So I kissed him, because isn't that what you're supposed to do?

Ever since then, I'd always be by your side. The Sonic team was formed, and we went on crazy adventures. I started to use my hammer more, hoping you'd notice I wasn't just a fan girl, but a loyal ally. Since you never kicked me off, I think it worked.

I'm not sure what's going on..

One incident though almost cost me my life, when I was 14. One of Eggman's robots had crushed my ribs, and tore my skin and fur. I barely lived, and stayed in a hospital for 6 months. Thank goodness we heal fast. I really wanted to say I should just end it there, but you came everyday for those 6 months, when he could.

I thought things would go back to normal, but it became better. Not sure what happened, but you confessed. I swear my heart just burst in joy for a second as I fainted.

Ever since then, I became the shoulder you needed, the hugs, the brightest and happiest I could be. You stopped trying to fake and returned those, and our attitudes caused so many cute dorky moments. I remember when Cream took a picture of us, as we both sang off key, with gigantic smiles on our faces. My most favorite picture ever.

We had hard times too, like when Eggman created a younger life form of himself. Stronger then ever, he beat us almost every time. The Sonic team finally agreed on one thing: Kill Eggman. A hundred nails in the head, 100 power blows with my hammer, spin dashes, flying rocks and more, it was done. Sonic shut down then, struck that he had killed a living being. Robots were nothing, but this, watching warm red blood ooze out of his dead enemy, was stuck forever. He stayed clinging to my side for 5 months until he got over it, getting new gloves to replace his blood stained ones. I'm just glad I could help him, because he helped me too.

Is that..?

The new 'Eggman' isn't as powerful, but still something to keep us going. Yesterday, it finally rained on Mobias. Me and Sonic headed outside and jumped in the puddles like children, laughing all the time. Kisses, then getting the other's to kiss in the rain too. Rain wars, and so much more. The moments I enjoy in life.

Today...

Sonic pulled out a small black velvet box, and opened it to reveal an emerald ring. "Will you marry me, Amy Rose?" I wonder why he even asked. After a breath-taking moment, literally, only one word is heard. "Yes."
